  • Publication number: 20240169465
Abstract: When generating a graphics processing output by assembling a sequence of one or more of primitives to be processed, vertex attribute processing is performed for vertices of assembled primitives to generate one or more processed vertex attributes for vertices of the assembled primitives. Processed vertex attributes for vertices of assembled primitives are stored in a first storage, and additionally in a second storage. Then when obtaining processed vertex attributes for an assembled primitive, it is checked whether processed vertex attributes for the vertices of the primitive are present in the second storage, and when they are, the processed vertex attributes are read from the second storage, but when the processed vertex attributes are not in the second storage, they are read from the first storage instead.

  • Patent number: 11991562
Abstract: Techniques are described for improving service continuity for Multicast and Broadcast Services (MBS) communications during handover. Techniques are included for supporting lossless handover and data forwarding during handover for peer-to-multiple (PTM) MBS transmission. Lossless handover may be achieved in part by the user equipment (UE) providing to the target base station an indication of the next packet of the MBS session to be received following an RRC reconfiguration message, and an indication of any MBS packets provided by the source base station prior to the RRC reconfiguration message that were not properly received by the UE. Data forwarding may be performed from the source base station to the target base station if the MBS session was not configured on the target base station prior to the handover. Data forwarding may be omitted if the MBS session was configured on the target base station prior to the handover.

  • Publication number: 20240163117
Abstract: An authentication system supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) when authenticating the identity of a user. A challenge-response portion of the authentication process is delegated to an MFA device-a secondary device within control of the user, but separate from the primary login device that the user is using when initiating the authentication. Communications between the MFA device and the login device are conducted using a short-range wireless communication protocol (e.g., Bluetooth™ or NFC), so that the two devices must be in close physical proximity to each other.

  • Patent number: 11985652
Abstract: Systems and methods for enhancing the use of pre-emptive buffer status reports (pre-BSRs) in wireless communications systems implementing integrated access and backhaul (IAB) networks are disclosed herein. In some cases, an IAB node can re-classify the LCGs of one or more incoming data flows according to such pre-BSR usage. This may involve the use of and extended medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC CE) having more LCG bits than previously contemplated, having sub-LCG bits, or that includes further LCG classification information bits. Other embodiments use a priority index for LCGs in an extended pre-BSR MAC CE. The priority index may include one or more of a priority field, a prioritized bit rate (PBR), and/or a bucket size duration (BSD) that is reported to an IAB donor. Other embodiments leverage the provision of additional grants from an IAB node to a child IAB node to reduce unwanted pre-BSR effects.

  • Patent number: 11985645
Abstract: Reporting UL Tx DC sub-carrier location information may include decoding a radio resource control (RRC) message received from a base station. The RRC message may comprise a configuration for dynamically reporting uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) direct current (DC) sub-carrier location information. A change associated with at boast one previous UL Tx DC sub-carrier location may be determined to have occurred, thereby creating at least one new UL Tx DC sub-carrier location. In response to determining the change, a medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC CE) may be encoded for transmission to the base station. The MAC CE may include information corresponding to the at least one new UL Tx DC sub-carrier location.

  • Patent number: 11977586
Abstract: In embodiments, an Online Software Platform (OSP) is configured to receive datasets having dataset values that represent relationship instance data of relationship instances between a client primary entity and other secondary entities, select digital rules responsive to these dataset values, produce resources for the datasets by applying the selected digital rules to the dataset values, derive a total value of the produced resources, generate a report document that mentions at least derived the total value, and prepare an instantiation that enables viewing a data record that substantiates the derived total value. The OSP may further make this instantiation available for viewing to a domain entity that has access to the report document and wants to confirm the derived total value. For instance, the OSP may provide an access instruction for viewing the instantiation, or even augment the report document itself with such an access instruction.

  • Patent number: 11967127
Abstract: Systems and methods capture image dynamics and use those captured image dynamics for image feature recognition and classification. Other methods and systems train a neural network to capture image dynamics. An image vector representing image dynamics is extracted from an image of an image stream using a first neural network. A second neural network, predicts a previous and/or subsequent image in the image stream from the image vector. The predicted previous and/or subsequent image is compared with an actual previous and/or subsequent image from the image stream. The first and second neural networks are trained using the result of the comparison.
