  • Publication number: 20180318154
Abstract: A gown dispenser system has a plurality of gowns, each having a back region, the gowns folded and stacked back region facing up, such that, pulling on the back region of a gown on top of the stack removes that gown from the stack and exposes the back region of the next gown in the stack, an enclosure containing the stack of gowns, the enclosure having an opening exposing the back region of the gown at the top of the stack, enabling a user to grasp the exposed back region and pull the topmost gown from the enclosure, exposing the next gown in the stack. • Patent number: 10105830
Abstract: An electronic click wrench comprises a handle for applying torque through a shaft to a working head. The shaft includes torque sensing means for calculating the torque applied to a workpiece by the working head, and a trigger mechanism for sending a haptic feedback to a user by triggering a small movement of the handle relative to the working head when a set point torque is reached. The trigger mechanism comprises a permanent magnet that is normally anchored by magnetic attraction to a pole piece so as to resist separation when a force is applied through the handle, and an electromagnetic means actuable to reduce or cancel that magnetic attraction so as to permit separation of the pole piece and permanent magnet, thus generating the haptic feedback. Operation of the electromagnet may oppose the flux of the permanent magnet through the pole piece. Alternatively operation of the electromagnet may divert the flux of the permanent magnet away from the pole piece.

  • Publication number: 20180094495
Abstract: A hydraulic lock for locking the position of an actuation member of a downhole tool relative to the body of the downhole tool is described. The hydraulic lock comprises first and second fluid chambers fluid communication between which is provided by a first fluid conduit. Located with the first fluid conduit is a first logic controlled valve that is moveable between an open configuration and a closed configuration to selectively permit fluid communication between the first and second chambers. The hydraulic lock further comprises a secondary control mechanism that provides a second means to selectively permit fluid communication between the first and second chambers. Incorporating the secondary control mechanism within the hydraulic lock provides a means for increasing the reliability and working lifetime of the hydraulic lock. It also provides a means for reducing the risk of unintentional or false activation of the hydraulic lock.

  • Publication number: 20180037640
Abstract: This invention relates to recombinant human antibody molecules. The antibodies bind fungal antigens, for example from Candida spp. Human antibody encoding genes targeting clinically relevant Candida epitopes have been isolated from single B cells from carefully selected donors and screened with specified types of protein or cell wall extract. The panel of purified, fully human recombinant IgG1 mAbs generated displayed a diverse range of specific binding profiles and demonstrated efficacy in a disease model. The fully human mAbs and derivatives thereof have utility in the generation of diagnostics, therapeutics and vaccines.
