    Abstract: Cassette assemblies for use with analyte measurement systems are provided. A cassette assembly in accordance with the present invention includes a disk that can hold a plurality of test sensors and rotate relative to a hub. Such cassette assemblies include the capability to lock relative rotational movement between the disk and hub when the cassette assembly is outside of an analyte measurement system and allow such movement when installed in the system.
