  • Patent number: 9196007
Abstract: A computer system and method for automating and facilitating the home sale, mortgage origination, and settlement process, and the home mortgage refinancing origination and settlement process, over a geographically distributed computing network are disclosed. The system and method also allows a home buyer to search for homes offered for sale by a plurality of sellers and, using the home data conforming to the buyer purchase criteria and buyer data, search for loan pricing information for loans from a plurality of lenders, loan pricing information for a plurality of loan types, or both. The system and method then uses this information to process the sale transaction.

  • Publication number: 20150184936
Abstract: An absorbent product has an elongate matted strip of absorbent material, including super absorber, within an enveloping container. This has a double skin bottom and a single, folded top skin and is heat sealed around its periphery to contain the absorbent material. The top skin has an elongate, double Z fold along its length. As the container absorbs moisture it expands from a flat form to a round shape. The super absorber causes tension in the skins of the container as it reaches its absorption limit which tears the self-adhesive strips. The folds unfold and the round shape slumps to expose inner webs. An indicator in the form off the words “FULL-CHANGE” printed in a bright colour repeatedly along the inner webs is provided to alert maintenance staff of the need to change filled absorbent products for fresh one.

  • Publication number: 20150035645
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing mobile device security are disclosed. In some implementations, a request for access to a security mechanism is received at a user terminal. A short-range radio connection of the user terminal at a time of receiving the request for access is identified responsive to the request. A memory of the user terminal is accessed to determine whether the identified short-range radio connection corresponds to a user-identified secure radio connection. Upon determining that the radio connection corresponds to the user-identified secure radio connection, the user is granted access to the security mechanism without soliciting the user of the user terminal for a predetermined security input. Upon determining that the radio connection does not correspond to the user-identified secure radio connection, the user is solicited for the predetermined security input.
