Abstract: A Parcel Box that is mounted on the garage door of a residential home for package and mail delivery comprises an outer box having a front door with a lock and an inner box having a back door with a lock, an inner box that allows the parcel box to be extended in volume capacity to accommodate varying sizes of packages, a barcode reader for scanning a barcode that is affixed on the package for unlocking the front door, a processor that communicates with the barcode reader to determine that the barcode matches one of the stored codes in the processor's storage and the processor sends a command to unlock the front door then the processor communicates with the wireless network that sends a message to the user's cell phone that a package is delivered inside the parcel box, a security camera that records the activity around the parcel box, a security lights for illuminating the driveway during night time, and a slot for receiving mails.

Abstract: A harness assembly for use in controlling and directing the swing of a golf club is shown and described. The harness assembly comprises plurality of flexible cords that stretch and wrap a portion of the body of a golfer when the golf club is swung. One cord attaches one end to the end of the golf club handle and the other end to the belt of the golfer. Another cord attaches one end to the right arm of the golfer and the other end to the belt of the golfer. Another cord attaches one end to the left arm of the golfer and the other end to the belt of the golfer. When a golfer makes a back swing, the cords stretch creating a downward pull tension that guide the down swing of the golf club in the correct swing plane.

Abstract: An automobile cover assembly for shielding the roof and windows of an automobile is shown and described. The automobile cover assembly includes a combination of plurality of rigid sheets and a strap that function as a lever type mechanism. When the automobile cover is deployed, the rigid sheets are resting against the windshield of an automobile to keep the windshield portion of the automobile cover in place. The automobile cover assembly further includes a strap having attached to the strap a locking and un-locking device that provides for adjusting a proper tension to the strap to keep the automobile cover tautly placed onto the vehicle.
