    Abstract: The invention presented is an adjustable mounting clip for a thermocouple assembly comprising a deformable element having a helically wound first portion and a second portion which defines a relatively flat segment, substantially perpendicular to the central axis of the helically wound first portion and capable of supporting a thermocouple terminal block in a thermocouple assembly. Also presented is a thermocouple assembly comprising such mounting clip.
