    Abstract: Pressure containment vessel apparatus includes a cylinder which receives a leaking gas cylinder and which includes an outwardly extending flange for receiving a dome. The dome includes a valve for venting the gas which leaks out of the leaking interior gas cylinder and locking elements which mate with fasteners on the outwardly extending flange to secure the top dome onto the cylinder.
