  • Publication number: 20130316843
Abstract: An adapter to convert a standard length putter into a Belly, a Long putter or a Fitting tool for Bally putters or Long putters. The adapter is installed into the butt end of a standard putter shaft without tools. • Patent number: 7713136
Abstract: An adapter that consist of a cylinder that contains three flat springs shaped to fit around a golf ball and a spring retainer. A golfer can permanently insert the adapter into the butt end of a golf putter shaft without the use of tools. The adapter is comprised of a cylinders with it's out side diameter slightly larger than the inside diameter of the butt end of a putter shaft. When the adapter is inserted into the butt end of a golf putter shaft with the springs positioned in the adapter, the springs will not interfere with the golfer while putting The three flat springs are shaped and spaced slightly smaller than a golf ball when extended to pick up a golf ball. To position the springs to pick up a golf ball, the golfer manually pulls the main spring out of the adapter to a stop that positions the three springs to the proper length to pick up a golf ball. For a golfer to pick up a golf ball, the golfer positions the springs over a golf ball.

  • Patent number: 6692372
Abstract: A putter head with two thin rails that extend from the back of the putter face to the rear of the putter head on the bottom of the putter head. The two thin rails reduce resistance from the turf during putting, assist a golfer to position the putter head, position the golfers head at address and pick up a golf ball form the turf or out of a golf hole. The two striking faces, one front striking face is for normal use and the other smaller striking in the back of the putter head is for practice or hitting a golf ball left handed. The three long plastic insert sighting lines on a flat surface, one thin and the other two dimensioned wider to assist a golfer to line up with the intended target while putting.

  • Patent number: 4962927
Abstract: A golf putter includes a horizontal flange extending rearward from the upper edge of a blade having a front face for striking golf balls. A pair of spaced apart narrow walls also extend rearward from the rear surface of the striking face and define an open space into which a golf ball may be wedged and retrieved. The flange and narrow walls provide weight centered on the blade's sweet spot. The upper surface of the flange may be provided with a sighting line to line up the putt with a target. The lower edges of the blade and vertical walls provide reduced resistance from grass during putting.
