    Abstract: Herein discussed is a method of producing hydrogen comprising: providing a tubular reactor having an open end and a closed end, wherein the reactor comprises an anode on the inside and a cathode on the outside separated by and in contact with a mixed conducting electrolyte, wherein the electrolyte comprises an electronically conducting phase and an ionically conducting phase, wherein the reactor comprises no current collector or interconnect; introducing a hydrocarbon and an oxidant into a feed tube, wherein the feed tube contains a catalyst that promotes catalytic partial oxidation (CPOX) reactions, wherein the feed tube extends into the open end of the reactor and toward the closed end of the reactor; introducing steam to the outside of the tubular reactor; and converting steam to hydrogen electrochemically without electricity input.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for camera height detection include a time of flight (TOF) sensor included on a camera within a camera array that emits a signal in an array of points. After receiving a reflected signal at the TOF sensor, where the reflected signal is a bounce back of the emitted signal from at least a subset of the array of points, a distance to each respective point in the array is determined based on a time it takes to receive the reflected signal from each respective point in the array. A depth map is generated from each respective point, where the depth map provides distance measurements to objects within an environment of the camera. A vertical position of the camera is determined based on the depth map.

    Abstract: It is disclosed herein that ssAAV and scAAV vectors of the same serotype administered by injection into the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) via the intracerebroventricular (ICV) or intrathecal (cisternal or lumbar) route exhibit different cellular tropisms in the central nervous system. Thus, a subject can be treated by injection into the CSF of ssAAV or scAAV vector encoding a therapeutic protein, such as an ssAAV9 or scAAV9 vector. The therapeutic protein can be targeted to specific cells using these vectors. In some embodiments, scAAV9 is utilized to achieve superior transduction in the hippocampus, cerebellum and cerebral cortex where both neurons, particularly Purkinje neurons, and glial cells (such as astrocytes) are transduced. In other embodiments, ssAAV9 is utilized to minimize transduction of astrocytes. In further embodiments, an immunosuppressive agent is also administered to the subject.

An interface caused by operation of an entity monitoring system (EMS) operating in conjunction with the lower-tier DIQS displays the monitored entities as individual representations. The user selects a metric and a metric threshold. The EMS causes a display of an interface having a representation for each monitored entity. Each representation includes a metric value and indicates an entity status based on the metric value and the threshold. The user can dynamically change the threshold on the interface for easy visualization of aggregation of monitored entities to determine the performance of the infrastructure. The interface also provides the user with the ability to select an entity and click through to the entity analysis workspace for more detailed information.
