Publication number: 20240161838Abstract: A system may include a memory device comprising a plurality of memory blocks, and a processing device to, responsive to receiving a request to read a memory block from the memory device, determine a time difference between a current time and a timestamp associated with the memory block, determine whether the time difference satisfies a first threshold increment criterion, responsive to determining that the time difference satisfies the first threshold increment criterion, increment a read counter associated with the memory block by a first increment value associated with the first threshold increment criterion, determine that the read counter associated with the memory block satisfies a threshold scan criterion, and responsive to determining that the read counter satisfies the threshold scan criterion, perform a media scan with respect to the memory block.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2023Publication date: May 16, 2024Inventors: Nicola Ciocchini, Animesh Roy Chowdhury, Kishore Kumar Muchherla, Akira Goda, Jung Sheng Hoei, Niccolo’ Righetti, Jonathan S. Publication number: 20240152097Abstract: Time-to-digital converter (TDC) using multiple Vernier in a cascaded architecture reduces the timing jitter by decreasing the number of the ring oscillator cycles during the measurement processes. Time-to-digital converter (TDC) measurements using a third oscillator for the second Vernier process has significant advantages compared to changing the period of the second oscillator during the measurement cycle. The Vernier architecture described herein may operate with faster oscillators, reducing the number of intervals before converging and leading to a lower time conversion and a better timing jitter. Adding multiple cascaded Vernier interpolation may further improve the TDC measurement resolution while having only a small increment of time required to resolve the time interval calculations.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2023Publication date: May 9, 2024Inventors: Frédéric NOLET, Nicolas ROY, Jean-François PRATTE, Frederik DUBOIS

Patent number: 11922029Abstract: A system includes a memory device including multiple memory cells and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device. The processing device is to receive a first read command at a first time. The first read command is with respect to a set of memory cells of the memory device. The processing device is further to receive a second read command at a second time. The second read command is with respect to the set of memory cells of the memory device. The processing device is further to increment a read counter for the memory device by a value reflecting a difference between the first time and the second time. The processing device is further to determine that a value of the read counter satisfies a threshold criterion. The processing device is further to perform a data integrity scan with respect to the set of memory cells.Type: GrantFiled: July 12, 2022Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: Micron Technology, Inc.Inventors: Kishore Kumar Muchherla, Jonathan S. The flange has an engagement surface locatable on a first side of the receiving panel. A plurality of resilient arms project from the engagement surface and are insertable in the panel aperture. At least two of the plurality of resilient arms define a channel therebetween for receiving a threaded fastener. The channel is sized to limit inward deflection of the at least two of the plurality of resilient arms when the threaded fastener extends within the channel. A threaded surface is located in the flange and forms at least in part an anchor aperture for alignment with the panel aperture. The channel is aligned with the anchor aperture. Patent number: 8908986Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure are directed to a method, system, and computer-readable medium for choosing ink colors for a screen printing process. An image to be reproduced with the screen printing process is obtained, and sample pixels within the image are selected. For each sample pixel, if the color of the sample pixel is not similar to an already chosen ink color, neighboring pixels around the sample pixel are identified. When the colors of the sample pixel and its neighboring pixels are similar, an ink color is chosen to be a representative color of the sample pixel and its neighboring pixels.Type: GrantFiled: July 23, 2014Date of Patent: December 9, 2014Assignee: Teespring, Inc.Inventor: Nicolas Roy

Publication number: 20140136486Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for data lifecycle management of manufacturing test data. The method and system receive, at an acquisition unit, manufacturing test data from at least one source, process the manufacturing test data for rendering the manufacturing test data compatible with a digital storage system, and load the manufacturing test data into a digital storage system. The method and system further store, at the digital storage system, the manufacturing test data; and monitor an amount of data stored in the digital storage system corresponding to at least one type of active data. An alert is generated when the monitored amount of data is above a pre-defined alert threshold. Access to a pre-defined subset of data stored in the digital storage system is blocked, when the monitored amount of data is above a pre-defined blocking threshold.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 15, 2012Publication date: May 15, 2014Inventors: Nicolas ROY, Philippe DESAULNIERS, Pascal PILON

Publication number: 20140058797Abstract: The present relates to a method and system for dynamic and secure testing and data transmission in a multi level supply chain hierarchy. The method and system generates, at an emitting equipment, data related to a component of a product portfolio. The method and system identifies, at the emitting equipment, a receiving equipment for the data. The identification comprises analyzing the data, with respect to the product portfolio and a federated enterprise infrastructure. And the method and system transmits the data, from the emitting equipment to the receiving equipment. Additionally, the generation of the data, the transmission of the data between the emitting equipment and the receiving equipment, and an usage of the data at the receiving equipment, are protected by a security mechanism. The security mechanism prevents an unauthorized actor of the supply chain hierarchy from at least one of: creating, reading, using, and modifying the data.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 24, 2012Publication date: February 27, 2014Inventors: Nicolas ROY, Pascal PILON, Philippe DESAULNIERS
