The back of the frame has parallel rods and a bottom foldably attached to the back by lockable hinges. The apparatus has upper and lower corrugated panels attached to the frame. There are a plurality of straps which fit removably through slots on the seat back and seat bottom. These straps are part of a harness that can be adjusted to the height/size of the child to be restrained.
