Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses may be used to create a property archivist that can enable automated customer service, in which an electronic inventory may be automatically generated and used to assist in resolving customer service needs. In an example, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory coupled with the processor that effectuates operations. The operations may include detecting a product; based on the detection, adding the product to a property archive, wherein the property archive comprises a profile for plurality of products at a location; obtaining an indication of a problem with the product; based on the detected problem, initiating a service request for the product; automatically diagnosing the problem to determine a resolution; and based on the determined resolution, automatically purchasing a part of the product and shipping the part for the product to a location of the product.

Abstract: Services for trust conveyances of entities can be provided and managed. In connection with a transaction between first and second devices, a trust management component (TMC) can indicate trust levels of entities associated with the devices with regard to the transaction and/or an action attempted by an entity. With regard to an action attempted by the first entity, the trust level of the first entity can be evaluated to determine whether it is high enough to allow the action to proceed or to have the second entity respond to the action accordingly. If it is not high enough, the second entity, using the second device, can request a trust conveyance from the first entity via the TMC. The TMC can adjust the respective trust levels based on the outcome(s) of the action(s) of the respective entities with regard to executing the transaction.

Abstract: A system of cameras can be used to generate a complete field of view within an edge network. For example, one camera can have a field of view where part of the view is obstructed by an object and/or by the camera's orientation. Yet another camera that is a part of the edge network can supplement the view of the first camera by providing an alternate view. The two views can be stitched together by a coordinate system such that a complete field of view can be utilized by both cameras. Additionally, where a field of view is not available by any stationary camera, the system can dispatch a mobile camera to help supplement the views.

Abstract: Sensors may detect a user's locations and interest level of a product. Based on the interest level, messages may be sent to a server in order to obtain information, such as location, about a category of products and further display the obtained information to a mobile device.

A virtual assistant may search a task server to retrieve a list steps to perform a task in response to a request from a user. The processor can determine a geographic location of the requesting device and locations of a plurality of satellites; identify, based on the geographic location of the requesting device and the locations of the plurality of satellites, satellites that are to provide the data to the requesting device; generate instructions for loading network requirements to the satellites; and provide, to at least one of the satellites, the instructions. The audio generation system also facilitates an interactive visual system for visualization and manipulation of the audio environment including via the use of augmented reality and/or virtual reality to depict soundscapes. Abstract: Using scent fingerprints and sound fingerprints for location and proximity determinations can include detecting a movement of a user device relative to an environment, and determining if a fingerprint associated with the user device and the environment is available. The fingerprint can include a sound fingerprint, a scent fingerprint, and usage data defining resource usage of the user device at the environment, The fingerprint associated with the user device and the environment can be obtained with an instance of sensor data including a scent detected at the user device and a sound detected at the user device. Based on the instance of sensor data and the fingerprint associated with the user device and the environment, a location and proximity of the user device can be determined.
