  • Publication number: 20110244703
Abstract: A cold cathode fluorescent lamp connector includes a holding base and a plurality of terminals. The holding base has a base board and a plurality of terminal housings which are integratedly molded with the base board as a single piece, each of the terminal housings is perpendicularly interweaved in the base board, two opposite ends of the base board respectively define a first locking portion and a second locking portion matchable with the first locking portion for making the first locking portion of one cold cathode fluorescent lamp connector can be engaged with the second locking portion of another cold cathode fluorescent lamp connector so as to series-connect a plurality of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp connectors together. The terminals are respectively received in the terminal housings of the holding base.

  • Patent number: 7934960
Abstract: A power jack connector for receiving a power plug connector has an insulating housing, a middle pin, a first shell surrounding a rear end of the insulating housing and a second shell having a supporting plate for covering the rear surface of the insulating housing and being connected with the first shell. The insulating housing defines a chamber passing through a front surface and a rear surface thereof for receiving the power plug connector. The middle pin has an inserting portion inserted into the chamber for contacting the power plug connector and a connecting portion. The first shell has a soldering portion for being connected to ground. A middle of the supporting plate defines a window. A plurality of contacting pieces at intervals are extended towards one side from an edge of the window and extended into the chamber for abutting against the power plug connector.

  • Patent number: 7927120
Abstract: A connector has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends extended frontward to form a pair of supporting arms, terminals mounted in the insulating housing having soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a positioning member. The positioning member has a base slice received in a through slot formed at the supporting arm. A top slice and a bottom slice are extended from top and bottom edges of the base slice respectively and perpendicular to the base slice. The top slice is located above a top of the supporting arm, the bottom slice is located under a bottom of the supporting arm for being soldered on the PCB. As the height of the base slice is bigger than that of the through recess, intervals are accordingly formed between the supporting arm and positioning member to achieve an up-and-down movement of the positioning member.

  • Patent number: 7632154
Abstract: A receptacle connector includes a shell, an insulating body and a plurality of terminals. The shell has a base board, two side boards and two top boards engaged with each other. A receiving recess is defined by the base board, the side boards and the top boards together. Each of the top boards defines at least one fixing opening. The insulating body has a base portion and a press plate connected with a top of the base portion. The press plate defines at least two fixing portions. The base portion is received in the receiving recess, the press plate is mounted on the top boards and the fixing portions are snapped into the corresponding fixing openings. The terminals are disposed in the base portion and stretch into the receiving recess.

  • Patent number: 7575475
Abstract: A micro USB connector includes a housing, contacts received in the housing and a metal shell shielding the housing. The housing has a body, the body has a front wall, the middle of the front wall extends forward to form a mating portion. The metal shell has a top plate, a bottom plate and two side plates, a receiving space is formed among the top plate, the bottom plate and the two side plates. The metal shell extends towards the receiving space to form at least one blocking portion. The body is received in the rear of the receiving space, the mating portion is received in the front of the receiving space, a front end of the blocking portion is at the front of the front wall of the body. Therefore, the electrical connection between the micro USB connector and the plug is reliable.
