  • Patent number: 11734818
Abstract: A model and an application thereof, the model being used for detecting a benign and malignant degree of a tumor. The model grades a change of an imprinted gene in a tumor by calculating a deletion expression quantity of the imprinted gene and a copy number abnormal expression quantity of the imprinted gene. The detection model and device in the present invention presents the expression of loss of imprinting in a sample of a tumor patient in a direct way for the first time; based on an imprinted gene in situ labeling method, a change of an imprinted gene is detected objectively, directly, early, and precisely, and a quantitative model can be provided, to make a great contribution to molecular pathology diagnosis.

C about 0.01 to about 0.15 Cr about 6.00 to about 15.00 Ni about 30.00 to about 45.00 W about 3.00 to about 15.00 Ti about 0.50 to about 4.00 Al about 3.00 to about 7.00 Nb up to about 2.50 Ta up to about 6.00 Hf up to about 1.50 Zr up to about 1.50 B up to about 0.20 Mo up to about 2.50 Si up to about 1.50 The balance of the alloy is cobalt and usual impurities. The alloy provides a novel combination of strength and ductility after long-term exposure to elevated operating temperatures as found in gas turbines and jet engines. A fine-grain steel article made from the alloy is also disclosed. The steel article is also characterized by a continuous surface layer of Al2O3 and Cr2O3 that protects the alloy from oxidation at the elevated operating temperatures.

  • Publication number: 20230143169
Abstract: This invention relates in part to soybean event pDAB8264.44.06.1 and includes a novel expression cassettes and transgenic inserts comprising multiple traits conferring resistance to glyphosate, aryloxyalkanoate, and glufosinate herbicides. This invention also relates in part to methods of controlling resistant weeds, plant breeding and herbicide tolerant plants. In some embodiments, the event sequence can be “stacked” with other traits, including, for example, other herbicide tolerance gene(s) and/or insect-inhibitory proteins. This invention further relates in part to endpoint TaqMan PCR assays for the detection of Event pDAB8264.44.06.1 in soybeans and related plant material. Some embodiments can perform high throughput zygosity analysis of plant material and other embodiments can be used to uniquely identify the zygosity of and breed soybean lines comprising the event of the subject invention. Kits and conditions useful in conducting these assays are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230135970
Abstract: The invention discloses an energy storage transient power coordinated control method for restraining subsequent commutation failures, which includes: detecting DC current, AC bus voltage and arc quenching angle on the inverter side; Controlling the energy storage power station to enter the transient control mode when the DC current is greater than the first current threshold or the AC bus voltage is less than the voltage threshold or the arc quenching angle is less than the first arc quenching angle threshold. By detecting the DC current and arc quenching angle on the inverter side, the active power output time instruction and reactive power output time instruction are determined respectively. The active power output amplitude instruction is determined by detecting the AC bus voltage, and the reactive power output amplitude instruction is determined by using the constraint of the total energy storage capacity.

  • Publication number: 20230004599
Abstract: A search query relating to a search for people and including one or more search terms is received. A search graph for the search is created from a previously created graph which is a directional graph in which people are represented by nodes and content is represented by nodes or edges. The search graph is generated by filtering out nodes or edges that represent content that is determined not to be relevant to the search terms in the search query; and, for the remaining content that is determined to be relevant to the search terms in the search query, adding to the graph a measure of the relevance of the content to the search terms. The search results are generated by operating on the search graph to identify people in the search graph who are sources of content that is relevant to the search terms.
