  • Publication number: 20240161032
Abstract: A critical path based proactive optimization that includes collecting data on the tasks of contextual situation for performing a process and training a twin computing simulation model using the collected data for each task in the process. A contextual situation simulation is run using the simulation models for each task in the process to determine a critical path that causes delay in the process. An optimized task is determined from the tasks of the contextual situation using machine learning employing the collected data, wherein the optimized task mitigates delay in the process from the critical path.

  • Publication number: 20230418992
Abstract: In an approach for building a subset of a digital twin model, a processor monitors a digital twin model of a machine for one or more changes to the machine. Responsive to detecting a change to the machine, a processor analyzes one or more aspects of the machine, wherein the one or more aspects of the machine include a contextual situation of the machine and one or more activities performed by the machine. Responsive to determining the contextual situation of the machine has changed, a processor analyzes one or more sensors and a first set of data generated by the one or more sensors. A processor determines the one or more sensors are generating a required type of data and a required amount of data to create a subset of the digital twin model. A processor creates the subset of the digital twin model incorporating the change detected.

  • Publication number: 20230401507
Abstract: A method providing a support device to assist personnel includes receiving data values from various devices associated with a task being performed by personnel, wherein the various devices include at least one Internet of Things (IoT) device and at least one wearable device. The method also includes comparing the received data values to historical data values associated with a pre-established knowledge corpus and identifying the task being performed by the personnel. In response to determining the received values exceed the historical values by a predetermined threshold for the task being performed by the personnel, the method includes determining whether the personnel require assistance with performing the task. In response to determining the personnel requires assistance with performing the task, the method includes instructing a support device to perform an action to assist the personnel with performing the task.

  • Publication number: 20230028152
Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for determining locations of an object using object tracking information and a predictive analysis module. Object tracking information has information on properties of an object and locations of the object. An offload event included in the object tracking information indicates at least one of a location where the object was offloaded and a receiving person that received the object when offloaded. In response to a query for the object from a requestor, a response is returned to the requestor indicating a location at which the object was last offloaded from the object tracking information. A predictive analysis module is invoked to process information on a location of the requestor and on the object to predict a location where the object is currently located to return to the requestor.
