  • Patent number: 11619666
Abstract: A measurement apparatus includes external terminals configured for connection to a device-under-test (DUT), the external terminals including first and second force terminals and first and second sense terminals. The measurement apparatus further includes a controller and a feedback loop configured in a current feedback mode to sense a current flowing from the first force terminal to the second force terminal, and in a voltage feedback mode to sense a voltage across the first and second sense terminals. The measurement apparatus further includes a measurement path configured to measure a least one of a voltage and current across a pair of the external terminals and to supply the measured at least one of the voltage and current to the controller.

  • Patent number: 10541655
Abstract: Generally, in accordance with the various illustrative embodiments disclosed herein, a wideband amplifier includes a direct-current (DC) differential amplifier, an alternating-current (AC) differential amplifier, and a signal combiner circuit. The frequency response of each of the DC differential amplifier and the AC amplifier can be selectively modified by placing the wideband amplifier in one of at least three different operational configurations. The three different operational configurations can be broadly interpreted as a wideband operational configuration, a low-pass operational configuration, and a high-pass operational configuration. The signal combiner circuit operates as a low-pass filter connected to an output terminal of the DC differential amplifier and as a high-pass filter connected to an output terminal of the AC differential amplifier.
