  • Patent number: 9776795
Abstract: A pressing pulley is formed of a tapered roller having an angle same as a taper angle of a head pulley and having a length in a rotation axis direction of a tapered outer tube which is set to be shorter than a length in a rotation axis direction of a taper-shaped outer tube of the head pulley, and the pressing pulley is arranged in a state where a large-diameter-side end portion of the tapered outer tube is positioned in a vicinity of an outer peripheral edge portion of a fan-shaped belt and the pressing pulley is inclined so that a peripheral surface of the tapered outer tube presses a portion close to the outer periphery in a length from a pivot to the outer peripheral edge portion of the fan-shaped belt wound around the head pulley against a peripheral surface of the taper-shaped outer tube of the head pulley.

  • Patent number: 8016101
Abstract: A change-over mechanism causing a main support frame and a sub support frame to rotate is made up of a drive motor, a rotating body, and coupling rods. One end of the coupling rod is coupled to the rotating body, and the other end thereof is coupled to the main support frame. One end of the coupling rod is coupled to the rotating body, and the other end thereof is coupled to the sub support frame. When a belt junction conveyor is changed over between a first and a second transfer states, one of the coupling rods is pushed out and the other one is pulled by the rotating body rotating by an activation of the drive motor, so that the main and the sub support frames are rotated in the opposite direction from each other, and a direction of transport of products by an endless belt is changed over.

  • Patent number: 7431149
Abstract: A belt junction belt conveyor in which a thick periphery edge of a belt is elastically held after the belt is rewound by upper and lower inclined pulleys so that the meandering tendency of the belt occurring from being rewound by the upper and lower inclined pulleys is effectively prevented.

  • Patent number: 7080725
Abstract: A sorting conveyor has a cross sorter which can travel smoothly on a semicircular corner part of a traveling path. A large number of transporting units 1 are connected and travel on loop shaped transporting route in which an endless belt conveyor 2 provided at the respective transporting units 1 is driven in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction at a sorting position. A chassis of the transporting unit consists of a beam shaped link 5 connectable to the front and rear ends thereof via connecting units 14, and a base 7 fixed to the center of the upper part of the link 5. A center guide wheel 8 is suspended from the connecting unit 14 of the end of the link 6 to come into contact with a guide rail of the transporting route. A traveling wheel 9 and a guide wheel 10 are mounted adjacent to both ends of a base 7 to come into contact with a guide rail of both sides of the transporting route. The wheels 9, 10 travel along a circular excursion whose center is a focus point of the transporting route.

  • Patent number: 7073660
Abstract: A belt curve conveyor has a number of guide wheel units provided in proximity to the peripheral part of a fan-type belt slung over between tapered end pulleys of a drive side and a driven side, wherein the guide wheel units comprise first and fourth guide wheels are supported by a holder member secured to a base and second and third guide wheels supported by a bracket, a rotary lock part is provided at inner center of the holder member around an axis of rotation of the bracket while a keyhole is formed at an outer surface to be engaged with a key part arranged on a detachable lock handle so that the second guide wheel and the third guide wheel become separated from an inner surface of the belt by inserting the key part of the lock handle in the lock part, pressing and turning the lock to rotate the bracket in the same direction by 90 degrees, which enables the belt to be removed.

  • Publication number: 20050205392
Abstract: A belt junction belt conveyor in which a thick periphery (a convex part) of a belt is elastically held after the belt is rewound by an upper and lower inclined pulleys so that the belt can travel smoothly with suppressing bias due to belt rewinding. In this mechanism, a junction belt 7 is disposed in an inclined manner to have a predetermined degree, for example, 45° to a confluence of a carrier line 3, in which a pair of upper and lower inclined pulleys 11, 12 are arranged adjacent to the disposed part, and both end pulleys 8, 9 are mounted on a position where a double angle of the predetermined angle is maintained while keeping a distance from each other at the disposed side so that an advancing side belt and a returning side belt 7, respectively, are rewound by the upper and lower inclined pulleys 11, 12 to travel toward each of the end pulleys 8, 9. A roundish thick periphery 7a is provided at both edges in the cross direction of front surface or back surface of the belt 7.

  • Patent number: 5407061
Abstract: The invention concerns a slat conveyor in which the extension of the pitch due to the wear of a chain can be easily adjusted without performing the construction work required for conventional conveyors. In the conveyor, slat supporting members support slats adjacent to one another in a travelling direction. Each of the slat supporting members is provided with a first connection portion and a second connection portion for connecting the adjacent slat supporting members and the second connection portion of a succeeding slat supporting member overlaps the first connection portion of a preceding slat supporting member.
