Each of the damper portions is configured to generate friction torque in such a manner that a plurality of swing friction plates configured to swing in accordance with the operating portion is pressed by a pressing spring in a direction perpendicular to a swing direction of the operating portion against a plurality of fixed friction plates configured to be prevented from swinging.
