    Abstract: A molding clip comprises a molding holder including a base, and an attachment leg extending from the base for insertion into a mounting hole in a workpiece. The attachment leg has a first portion remote from the base for insertion in the mounting hole for temporary mounting of the clip and the molding on the workpiece, and a second portion adjacent to the base for insertion in the mounting hole to mount the clip and the molding on the workpiece permanently. The first portion has a pair of flexible plates that are inserted in the mounting hole and that have shoulders engaging an edge of the mounting hole. The second portion has a pair of flexible fingers that are inserted in the mounting hole and that have shoulders engaging an edge of the mounting hole.
