Abstract: A wiring module includes multiple bus bars, a resin protector that has one or more holding portions that hold the bus bars and is provided with a tolerance absorbing portion that absorbs tolerance in the arrangement direction of power storage elements, and a cover that is attached to the resin protector and holds all of the holding portions. The resin protector is provided with a locking portion that locks the cover, the locking portion projecting in a direction identical to the projecting direction of electrode terminals and extending along the arrangement direction of the power storage elements. The cover is provided with a lock-receiving portion that is locked to the locking portion. The locking portion and the lock-receiving portion are locked in a manner of enabling relative movement along the arrangement direction of the power storage elements at an edge portion of the cover that extends in the arrangement direction of the power storage elements.

  • Patent number: 10122006
Abstract: A connection module according to which positional movement of each housing unit can be performed independently and sagging can be suppressed. A connection module that is to be attached to a power storage element group formed by aligning multiple power storage elements includes: bus bars that are to be connected between electrode terminals of the power storage elements; multiple box-shaped housing units that insulate and house the bus bars; and multiple U-springs that are provided between a pair of opposing wall portions of adjacent housing units and that couple the adjacent housing units such that the distance between the adjacent housing units can extend and contract. The U-springs each include a U-portion and a pair of base end portions that are located on both ends of the U-portion and connect to the pair of wall portions. The multiple U-springs include at least two U-springs whose pairs of base end portions are at different positions in a height direction.

  • Publication number: 20180219204
Abstract: A battery wiring module is attached to a cell group including an arrangement of a plurality of cells having positive pole and negative pole electrode terminals. The battery wiring module is provided with: a plurality of connection members connecting the positive pole and negative pole electrode terminals of adjacent cells of the plurality of cells; and a flexible printed board including a plurality of voltage sensing wires for sensing voltages of the plurality of cells via the plurality of connection members. Each of the voltage sensing wires has an electric current limiting element provided somewhere therealong to limit a flow of overcurrent in the voltage sensing wires. The electric current limiting element is connected to the voltage sensing wires at a portion which is overcoated with an insulating resin.

  • Patent number: 5645804
Abstract: The method of cleaning an exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxides including disposing an exhaust gas cleaner comprising a heat-resistant, porous body, which may support a catalyst consisting essentially of (a) at least one of alkali metal elements; (b) at least one of elements selected from the group consisting of Cu, Co, Mn and V, (c) at least one of rare earth elements, in a flow path of the exhaust gas, spraying a liquid hydrocarbon into a stream of the exhaust gas on the upstream side of the exhaust gas cleaner, thereby causing atomized and gasified hydrocarbon to function as a reducing agent for reducing the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas.
