  • Publication number: 20210080455
Abstract: The present invention provides organic colored microparticles used in an immunochromatography diagnostic kit, the microparticles having good background and test result reproducibility and sufficient detection sensitivity. These organic colored microparticles are characterized in that the average particle diameter is 100 to 650 nm; coloration intensity is 1.0 to 10.0; when a total of 100,000 particles are detected within a particle diameter range of 400 to 12000 nm, the percentage of coarse particles having a particle diameter of 700 nm or greater is 5% or less; and the sphericity represented by the major axis (L)/minor axis (D) is 1.0 to 2.5.

  • Patent number: 9562908
Abstract: Provided are an immunochromatography kit that is highly sensitive and capable of multicoloration, and organic colored microparticles that are ideal as an element of the immunochromatography kit. Organic colored microparticles having an average grain size between 10 and 1,000 nm and a color intensity between 1.0 and 5.0 are prepared using cellulose as the starting material. When the organic colored microparticles are used as a label in an immunochromatography kit, the immunochromatography kit is of a high sensitivity than conventional technology. The immunochromatography kit is also capable of multicoloration and is useful for rapid diagnosis.

  • Patent number: 5257280
Abstract: The present invention has been devised to obtain a metallurgical effect by introducing refining gas into a molten metal in a metallurgical vessel and stirring the molten metal sufficiently by convection, and to improve durability of one nozzle or a few nozzles for introducing the refining gas. At a predetermined position of a furnace bottom onto which a ramming mass is provided, a few cylindrical refractory sleeves are disposed close to the upper face of the furnace bottom from the lower portion thereof. In each cylindrical refractory sleeve a gas introducing nozzle, which introduces the refining gas, is disposed in such a manner that it can be drawn out downwardly for replacement.
