For example, the lower electrode has a mesh pattern formed by a plurality of linked second cells, and the upper electrode has a random mesh pattern including a plurality of first cells having different shapes. An average cell pitch Ps of the first cells is set to be greater than once and equal to or less than eight times an average cell pitch Pd of the second cells.
