  • Patent number: 10423261
Abstract: A tablet terminal device includes a display and a controller. The controller includes a detection section, a first determination section, a duration measuring section, a second determination section, and an execution section. The detection section detects an operation position where a touch operation is performed. The first determination section determines whether or not the operation position is located within a first area of a first object. The duration measuring section measures a first operation duration during which the detection section keeps detecting the operation position in the first area. The second determination section determines whether or not the first operation duration is equal to or longer than a first response period. The execution section executes a function assigned to the first object when the first operation duration is equal to or longer than the first response period.

  • Publication number: 20180034985
Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a control unit that includes a processor, and based on operation of the processor in accordance with a control program, receives a touch operation on an operation screen. If a change in a predetermined state occurs in the electronic apparatus, the control unit causes a notification image indicating details of the change to be displayed on the operation screen. The control unit causes a small-sized medium-term notification image to be displayed on the operation screen upon receiving of a request for reducing a size of a medium-term notification image displayed on the operation screen and causes a small-sized long-term notification image to be displayed in a predetermined area in which a display of display information displayed by the operation screen is not hindered if the control unit receives a request for reducing a size of a long-term notification image displayed on the operation screen.

  • Patent number: 9678633
Abstract: A display device (10) includes a display section (210), a detection section (220), and a display control section (100). The display section (210) displays a plurality of pages (P). The detection section (220) detects a plurality of touch points on a display surface of the display section (210). The display control section (100) performs page turning of the plurality of pages in response to movement of one of the touch points and suspends page turning in response to movement of the touch point stopping. In response to movement of a touch point different from the touch point that stops among the plurality of touch points, the display control section (100) performs page turning at a page turning speed different from that in page turning before the touch point stops. The turning speed is the number of pages (P) turned per unit time.

  • Patent number: 9648181
Abstract: A touch panel device includes a touch panel unit, a fingerprint image capturing unit, a size derivation unit, and a control unit. The touch panel unit includes a display section that displays information about an operating instruction for a user. The touch panel unit detects the condition of contact with a user's finger to accept an input of the operating instruction. When the touch panel unit is pressed by the user's finger, the fingerprint image capturing unit captures an image of a fingerprint of the user's finger pressing the touch panel unit. The size derivation unit derives a size of the user's finger having pressed the touch panel unit from the fingerprint image captured by the fingerprint image capturing unit. The control unit controls the operating instruction based on the size of the user's finger derived by the size derivation unit.

  • Patent number: 9438766
Abstract: An information processing apparatus (1) includes a photographing portion (8), an authentication processing portion (91), and a layout processing portion (92). The authentication processing portion (91) determines, based on a photographed image obtained from the photographing portion (8), whether a face image of a person is included in the photographed image, and upon determining that a face image of a person is included, performs an authentication process of the person based on the face image of the person. The layout processing portion (92), when the authentication processing portion (91) has successfully authenticated the person, determines whether a layout specification image specifying a page layout is included in the photographed image, and upon determining that a layout specification image is included in the photographed image, creates a composite image by laying out one or more material images in accordance with the page layout specified by the layout specification image.

  • Patent number: 9400949
Abstract: In a state in which an authentication screen in any one display language of a plurality of display languages is displayed, every time a predetermined number of characters are input to an ID input field, an ID including the characters input to the ID input field in order from a first-input is retrieved from user data. Ids, obtained as a result of the retrieval, are set as candidate IDs. When all display languages selected by users having the candidate IDs are the same, the display language selected by the users having the candidate IDs is set as a first display language. When a display language of an authentication screen, which is being displayed, does not coincide with the first display language, an authentication screen in the first display language is displayed in place of the authentication screen, which is being displayed.
