  • Patent number: 7555204
Abstract: A field editing system for editing materials in a material collecting place. Data for management of digital video and audio signals and data of an edit list are recorded on a disc-like recording medium together with the digital video and audio signals. Collected materials can be processed on the common disc-like recording medium from image pickup to editing.

  • Patent number: 6658196
Abstract: An editing apparatus for editing video signals recorded on an optical disk. The editing apparatus comprises: a video signal reproducing unit for reproducing a first and a second video signal from the optical disk; a video signal merging unit for merging the first and the second video signal to generate a combined video signal for a transition from the first video signal to the second video signal in accordance with a predetermined transition period and a predetermined transition mode; and a video signal recording unit for recording the combined video signal to the optical disk. The combined video signal is recorded to the optical disk only with respect to the transition period.

  • Patent number: 6453113
Abstract: Voice over recording can be performed also with an editing apparatus in which an optical disk is used. While an audio signal of narration or the like is recorded onto the inner circumference side of an optical disk, a video signal recorded on the outer circumference side of the optical disk is reproduced in accordance with an editing list. Alternatively, while an audio signal of narration or the like is once edited using a storage device, a video signal is reproduced from the optical disk and outputted directly or through the storage device. Then, the edited audio signal is recorded onto the optical disk.

  • Patent number: 6101033
Abstract: An image stabilizing optical device including an optical system having a first lens located on an object side and a second lens located on an imaging lens side. The first lens and the second lens are opposed to each other with a small space defined therebetween. Opposed surfaces of the first lens and the second lens have the same curvature. The image stabilizing optical device further includes a rotating mechanism located on the same center of curvature of the first and second lenses, for moving the second lens independently in two perpendicular axial directions in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical system; and a shake detecting mechanism for detecting shakes in the two perpendicular axial directions. The optical system is located in front of an imaging lens of an imaging device in proximity to the imaging lens. The rotating mechanism is driven according to a result of detection from the shake detecting mechanism to control an optical path of light incident on the optical system.

  • Patent number: 5991003
Abstract: A synchronous control device having a memory 101 for storing block data blocked in terms of a pre-set data amount, a clock generating circuit 102 for generating input side clocks which are based on a data rate to be synchronized, and a memory control unit 103 for generating output side clocks C.sub.out responsive to input side clocks C.sub.in from the clock generating circuit 102. The memory 101 stores the block data on the block basis, based on the input side clocks C.sub.in from the clock generating circuit 103, and outputs the stored block data based on the output side clocks C.sub.out from the memory control circuit 103. The memory control circuit 103 detects a difference between the input data volume and the output side data volume in the memory 101 for varying the speed of the output side clocks responsive to the amount of the detected difference so that the output side clocks will be synchronized with the input side clocks C.sub.in from the clock generating circuit 103.
