  • Patent number: 10189054
Abstract: A deviation handling apparatus for a continuous production system of granulated products includes a storage section for temporarily storing the products, an inspection section for inspecting selected physical properties of the products, a moving route switching section for switching the moving route of the products according to the results of the inspection and a discharge path for discharging the products judged as not meeting the specifications. The storage section has two shutoff valves and a storage chamber formed therebetween. The switching section has a switching valve having a normal position and a deviation position for causing a conveyance route to communicate with the discharge path. The deviation handling apparatus closes the shutoff valves to store products in the storage chamber and inspect properties of the products. When off-specification products are detected, the switching valve is switched to the deviation position and the products are discharged.

  • Publication number: 20160131426
Abstract: A drying device 1 is an airflow continuous drying device, and includes a granulated substance introduction portion 11, a dry process portion 12, and a product ejection portion 13. The granulated substance introduction portion 11 is a stainless steel pipe 21, including a granulated substance inlet 22, into which granulated substances are put, and a hot air inlet 23, into which high-pressure hot air is supplied. The dry process unit 12 includes a loop pipe 25, which is made by winding a stainless steel pipe. The loop pipe 25 is arranged laterally in the horizontal direction, and is able to dry granulated substances in a highly efficient manner without turning the substances into powder. The product ejection portion 13 includes a cyclone collector 26, where the granulated substances are collected after being dried through the loop pipe 25.

  • Patent number: 5008552
Abstract: Data can be recorded onto an optical card (102; 200; 601; 800) on which a plurality of tracks are parallelly arranged and can be reproduced therefrom. The optical card is supported by card supporting means (101; 501). This card supporting means is reciprocated in a first direction by card drive means (109; 511). An optical head (103; 503; 603) is provided above the optical card to selectively provide access to tracks by a light beam. This optical head is reciprocated in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction by head drive means (108; 507). The reciprocating motion of the card supporting means is accelerated and decelerated when the optical head scans on guide sections (G) provided on both the sides of the optical card. Error correcting codes are added to data recorded onto the optical card. Thus, error correction is made by an error correction circuit (136). Motors of respective drive means are enclosed with vibration proof metal (321, 323) and vibration proof rubber (322).

  • Patent number: 4979159
Abstract: A large number of tracks (T) are formed on an optical card (200) and user data are recorded as pits on these tracks. By driving this optical card in a reciprocating manner in a direction parallel to the tracks, user data are reproduced. At both the end portions of each track, guide sections (G) in which no pit indicative of information is formed are provided, thus preventing errors in reading occurring at the time of acceleration and deceleration in the reciprocating drive. Identification information (I) for tracks is recorded at the inside portion adjacent to one guide section, and termination information (E) for tracks is recorded at the inside portion adjacent to the other guide section. User data (U) are recorded between the identification information and the termination information. User data is divided into groups comprised of a predetermined number of bits.
