  • Patent number: 5136760
Abstract: A clamp structure clamps superimposed circuit boards to a support plate portion of a rangefinder case in a still camera. The clamp structure includes first and second support arms spaced in confronting relation from each other by a distance greater than the thicknesses of the superimposed circuit boards and the support plate portion. The first and second support arms are disposed in sandwiching relation to the circuit boards and the support plate portion. A rod is inserted in a space defined between the second support arm and the lowermost circuit board which faces the second support arm while the first support arm is being held against the uppermost circuit board which faces the first support arm.

  • Patent number: 5136326
Abstract: A photometry device having a block body, constructed as a single body, on which all of the elements of a photometry system are mounted. The photometry system includes a condenser lens, a stop plate having a stop and a photosensor. An output characteristic of the photo sensor is determined by a pre-set resistance provided in a circuit board, and is adjusted during the process of assembling the block body. The photo sensor does not require a re-adjustment after the block body is assembled into a camera.

  • Patent number: 4942414
Abstract: A front conversion adapter which can be attached to the front face of a lens shutter type of camera having a zoom lens and a finder optical system, wherein a lens frame of the zoom lens moves in accordance with the zooming operation. The front conversion adapter has an adapter body which can be attached to a camera body, and a conversion optical system which is located in front of the zoom lens and which moves in the optical axis direction thereof to change the focal length of the zoom lens. The conversion optical system is supported by an adapter lens frame so as to move in the optical axis direction in association with movement of the lens frame of the zoom lens and in accordance with zooming operation.

  • Patent number: 4560264
Abstract: A camera viewfinder which includes a device for displaying data, such as shutter speed and aperture value. A liquid crystal display and associated illuminating systems are provided for the display device. The illuminating system includes an illuminating lamp and a diffusion plate for diffusing light from the lamp. The diffusion plate has a groove or hole at its center for accommodating the lamp and a flat surface facing the liquid crystal display. The surface of the diffusion plate opposite the flat surface has sloping sides which slope downward from the center of the diffusion plate.

  • Patent number: 4525046
Abstract: In a caseless camera, a cover plate having a contact member at the rear side thereof is slidably mounted at the front side of a camera body between its closing and opening positions. An electric flash mounted inside the camera body traversely movably between its restoring and operating positions is provided with an inclined step at the front side thereof. The contact member of the cover plate contacts and downwardly push the inclined step of the electric flash so as to return the electric flash to its restoring position, when the electric flash is in its operating position, upon the sliding movement of the cover plate from its opening positions to its closing position.
