Publication number: 20110285499Abstract: Electronic equipment includes a GPS dongle for acquiring current location position information, and a PC for acquiring planned installation position information indicating a planned installation position of a machine tool previously registered with a server device which is a supplier-side device of the machine tool from the server device. The electronic equipment compares the acquired current location position information with the acquired planned installation position information, to determine whether or not the current location is within a predetermined range having the previously registered planned installation position as a base point. The electronic equipment determines, if it is determined that the current location is within the predetermined range having the planned installation position as a base point, whether or not a predetermined condition has been satisfied.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 2, 2011Publication date: November 24, 2011Applicant: MORI SEIKI CO., LTD.Inventors: Keiichi NAKAMACHI, Katsuhiko ONO, Akira KIMURA, Norio SATO, Kimiyuki NISHIMURA, Hideki TAKEDOMI, Kingo MAEDA

Publication number: 20110279143Abstract: Disclosed is a semiconductor wafer testing apparatus that resolves the following problems which arise when semiconductor wafers become larger: (1) complexity of stage acceleration/deceleration control; (2) throughput reduction; and (3) increased vibration of the stage support platform during the stage inversion operation (deterioration in resolution). In the semiconductor wafer testing apparatus for resolving these problems, a wafer is rotated, an electro beam is irradiated onto the rotating wafer from a scanning electron microscope, and secondary electrons emitted from the wafer are detected. The detected secondary electrons are A/D converted by an image processing unit, realigned by an image data realignment unit, and then image-processed for display. As a result, image information of all dies of a wafer can be acquired without a large amount of movement of the stage in the X and the Y directions.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 18, 2009Publication date: November 17, 2011Inventors: Tadanobu Toba, Katsunori Hirano, Norio Sato, Masahiro Ohashi

Patent number: 7123026Abstract: A surface shape recognition sensor includes capacitive detection elements, support electrode, protective film, and projections. The detection elements are formed from lower electrodes and a deformable plate-like upper electrode made of a metal. The lower electrodes are insulated and isolated from each other and stationarily laid out on a single plane of an interlevel dielectric formed on a semiconductor substrate. The upper electrode is laid out above the lower electrodes at a predetermined interval and has opening portions. The support electrode is laid out around the lower electrodes while being insulated and isolated from the lower electrodes, and formed to be higher than the lower electrodes to support the upper electrode. The protective film is formed on the upper electrode to close the opening portions. The projections per one pixel are laid out in a region of the protective film above the capacitive detection element.Type: GrantFiled: January 18, 2002Date of Patent: October 17, 2006Assignee: Nippon Telegraph and Telephone CorporationInventors: Norio Sato, Katsuyuki Machida, Hakaru Kyuragi, Satoshi Shigematsu, Hiroki Morimura, Hiromu Ishii, Toshishige Shimamura

Publication number: 20060113021Abstract: Prior to the start of transfer of an insulation film to a substrate, the degree of opening of a butterfly valve is set small so that evaporation of a solvent component contained in the insulation film is suppressed and the fluidity of the insulation film is ensured at the start of the transfer. On the other hand, the butterfly valve is totally opened at the start of the transfer, so that the pressure inside a thin film forming chamber rapidly decreases and transfer of the insulation film to the substrate is performed always in a low-pressure state (high-degree of vacuum).Type: ApplicationFiled: January 12, 2006Publication date: June 1, 2006Inventors: Tsutomu Ueyama, Izuru Iseki, Norio Sato, Katsuyuki Machida, Hakaru Kyuragi
