  • Publication number: 20160243591
Abstract: Providing a transporting mechanism 2 for transporting an introduced target object 100 in a fixed transportation direction F1, a measuring device 40 for measuring the radiation of the target object 100 being transported by the transporting mechanism 2, a sorting mechanism 3 for sorting the target object 100 disposed at a downstream end of the transporting mechanism 2 based on the measurement result of the measuring device 40, and a control unit 5 for controlling the operation of a transporting belt 20 of the transporting mechanism 2 and a sorting belt 30 of the sorting mechanism 3. The sorting mechanism 3 is disposed so that an operating direction F2 of the sorting belt 30 intersects an operating direction F1 of the transporting belt 20 and is capable of forward and reverse rotation.

  • Publication number: 20120045773
Abstract: PROBLEM Provided is a prevention/treatment means for cancer, by controlling expression/function of a target molecule different from a conventional one, as a novel method in the molecularly-targeted treatment method for a cancer. In addition, provided is a screening means for a substance having prevention/treatment activity for cancer, using the above target molecule. SOLUTION According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cell adhesion inhibitor for a cancer cell, containing an antibody to a protein containing the same or substantially the same amino acid sequence as the amino acid sequence, represented by SEQ ID No: 2 or represented by SEQ ID No: 4 or represented by SEQ ID No: 6 or a partial peptide thereof.

  • Patent number: 4409508
Abstract: A brush holder for dynamo-electric machine has the following parts: a brush making sliding contact with the surface of a rotary collector; a stationary holder part fixed to the stationary part of the dynamo-electric machine opposite to the collector; and a detachable holder part detachably secured to the stationary holder part and holding the brush when separated from the stationary holder part, the detachable holder part being provided with a retainer that clamps the brush when the detachable holder part is separated from the stationary holder part and unclamps the brush when it is attached to the stationary holder part, the brush clamping portion and the portion of the retainer therearound being coated with a coating film of a material having a friction coefficient smaller than the material of the retainer. This arrangement obviates various unfavorable phenomena such as jumping of the brush, sparking on the sliding surface, cracking in the brush and so forth.

  • Patent number: 4296346
Abstract: A brush holding apparatus for a rotary electric machine permitting removal and replacement of brushes without stopping the rotation of the rotary electric machine comprises a brush holder which can be detached from a stationary unit, and a securing device for detachably securing the brush holder to the stationary unit. A manipulating lever is provided on the stationary unit to actuate the securing device. The brush holder can easily be mounted on or detached from the stationary unit by the manipulation of the manipulating lever for the puppose of removal and replacement of the brushes while the rotary electric machine is in operation.
