  • Publication number: 20060133584
Abstract: There is disclosed a telephone voice control system capable of reducing the load on an application program in CTI technology to enable loading of the application program. This system is furnished with an intermediate processing unit (middleware) and an application program. The intermediate processing unit is provided with a call processing part 104, a voice data processing part 106, a status management part 105 for maintaining the status of the call processing part and the voice data processing part, and a control part 103 for controlling the call processing part and the voice data processing part. The application program sends a request to the intermediate processing unit. In operation, the control part compares a state enough to execute the request from the application program with the status maintained by the status management part, and if both disaccord, requests the call processing part and the voice processing part to perform processing for matching both states with each other.

  • Publication number: 20040100945
Abstract: A communication terminal apparatus whereby data communication and service switching can be performed taking security into consideration, and without an application performing complex circuit connection control. In this apparatus, port number checker 260 refers to port number DB 270 and checks whether a port number included in user information transmitted from application 100 is an appropriate one. Port number DB 270 memorizes destination port numbers and communication protocols in correspondence. Port number DB 270 memorizes only those appropriate port numbers that application 100 is allowed for use and the corresponding communication protocols. U-plane monitor 280 monitors all ports of TCP/IP, detects transmission of user information from application 100, and reports a port number included in the header to port number checker 260.

  • Patent number: 6421536
Abstract: A communication system includes an exchange, one or a plurality of telephones connected to the exchange via a telephone circuit network, and one or a plurality of computers connected to the exchange at least via the telephone circuit network. Among those telephones and computers, a first telephone is correlated with a first computer. The first telephone sends the first computer a first call reception state report indicating a call reception state of the first telephone via a first route. When receiving the first call reception state report, the first computer sends the exchange a prescribed telephone circuit control instruction for a call directed to the first telephone. When receiving the prescribed telephone circuit control instruction, the exchange performs a telephone circuit control for the call directed to the first telephone according to the prescribed telephone circuit control instruction.

  • Patent number: 5801709
Abstract: A three-dimensional data shaping apparatus defines a working region, as a region of specific size and shape within a reference three-dimensional space, with a corresponding display picture being generated. A user can move the working region, using an input device such as a mouse, to select a specific part of a work object that is represented by a set of constituent data elements within the reference space, and execute shaping of the selected part. Determination of a selected part is performed in two judgement stages, i.e.
