Abstract: A self-winding-type fixture-lifting/lowering device comprising a secure block fitted at an elevated position, and a lifting/lowering block that carries a fixture to be installed at an elevated position and that hangs from the secure block by a pair of wire cables in such a manner as to move upwards and downwards, with the lifting/lowering block including an electric motor for lifting operation and a battery for supplying electric power to the electric motor. When the lifting/lowering block reaches the uppermost position, it is kept in position by a lock mechanism, but it can move downwards by its own weight by rotating the electric motor in the reverse direction when the locked feature of the lock mechanism is released.

Abstract: A hanging device is characterized, by comprising a base frame to be mounted to a ceiling beam, a second frame to be lifted to the base frame, a base body hung from the second frame, a means for lifting up the second frame together with the device body to the base frame through a hole formed to a ceiling board under the ceiling beam, a flange mounted to the device body so as to fit the ceiling board, and a means for engaging the second frame in the base frame at a position in such that the device body is set up to the ceiling board and simultaneously, the flange fits to the under surface to the ceiling board.

Abstract: A wire-winding device is characterized, by including a stand, a wire reel carried to the stand with an axis, a carrier with an axis parallelly arranged to that of the wire reel, a guide reel having a drum formed in a beer barrel with side-flanges and rotary supported to the carrier, an apparatus for movably supporting the carrier, and an apparatus for biasing the carrier in such a manner that a wire to be wound is maintained so as to be turned to the wire reel at a predetermined turning point.

Abstract: A lifting apparatus for installation or maintenance of an elevated installation in order to simplify installation work and perform maintenance work at a lower place. The lifting apparatus comprises a fixed part to be fixed at a high place, and a lifting part which comprises an installation to be installed at the fixed part and a power source for at least moving up the lifting part and which is suspended from the fixed part to move up and down.
