  • Publication number: 20040052755
Abstract: A cosmetic composition which comprises the following ingredients: (A) one or more types of surfactant selected from the group consisting of surfactants which have an oxyethylene group in the molecule (for example, a surfactant represented by [R1(OCH2CH2)n—OSO3]−M+ (R1 represents an C7-21 alkyl group and the like, n represents an integer of 1 to 30, and M represents Na, K, NH4, or triethanolamine)); (B) tert-butanol. In the cosmetic composition, the smell change or the odor generation with passage of time caused by addition of a surfactant having an oxyethylene group in the molecule is suppressed, and thus the cosmetic composition with high storage stability is provided.

  • Publication number: 20020000684
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional lace material is disclosed. The method includes a fabric-knitting step for knitting a planar lace fabric including an ornamental lace portion, a scallop portion continuously adjacent the ornamental lace portion and a waste-fabric portion on the opposite side to the ornamental lace portion across the scallop portion; a three-dimensional forming step for forming the planar lace fabric obtained by the material-knitting step into a predetermined three-dimensional shape by setting the fabric to a three-dimensional forming device with fixing the fabric to the device at the waste-fabric portion thereof and placing the scallop portion at an end of the three-dimensional shape to be formed; and an eliminating step for eliminating the waste-fabric portion along the scallop portion from the three-dimensional lace fabric obtained by the three-dimensional forming step, thereby to obtain the three-dimensional lace material.

  • Patent number: 5854451
Abstract: A simple-structured pressure sensitive resistor cell which is free from the influence of contact resistance when performing coordinate detection, and which permits reduction of power consumption. In a waiting state, a logic circuit makes a primary detection that a resistor plate is being pressed, and then an A/D converter is started. When the contact resistance becomes negligibly small, a secondary detection of the stylus pressure is made by the A/D converter. The A/D converter is held OFF while the cell is in the waiting state, so that power consumption is reduced, and the waiting state can be changed to a coordinate detecting mode after the contact resistance becomes so low as not to affect the coordinate detection.

  • Patent number: 5786812
Abstract: The invention concerns a tablet pointer that enables the drag mode to be retained even when the operation surface of a tablet sheet is so narrow that the stylus press-held thereto needs to be temporarily lifted off. Switch data generating member provided in the tablet pointer produces switch data indicating the operating state of a mouse switch and device output data of the tablet pointer is fed to a personal computer as an output of an operation unique to the mouse, such as drag mode data. While in a keep-drag mode, the switch data generating member does not cancel the drag mode even if it is supplied with an ordinary drag cancel input. Hence, the drag mode can be retained even if it receives a drag mode cancel signal during the drag operation.

  • Patent number: 5712662
Abstract: A simple-structured pressure sensitive resistor cell which permits the setting of a stylus pressure detecting threshold value VT and a stylus pressure detecting threshold value setting method therefor. A midtap T of a series connection of two or more resistors R1, R2 is connected to an input terminal of an A/D converter and a potential voltage divided by the resistors at the midtap T is defined as the stylus pressure detecting threshold value VT. Therefore, the stylus pressure detecting threshold value VT can be adjusted simply by changing the resistance value of either one of the resistors.
