    Abstract: Temporary intraocular lenses are provided for disposing in eyes after removal of natural lenses. According to the invention, retinoscopy is performed with one of successive lenses to determine appropriate optical power of a permanent lens which is then installed. Temporary economical lenses are foldable and adapted for such procedures.
