  • Patent number: 11794951
Abstract: A pallet wrap system and manufacture for repair of wood pallets that extends the service life of wood pallets to reduce associated costs, environmental concerns, and workplace injuries. The wrap or wrap component comprises a plurality of portions hingedly attached to one another and configured to surround or cover a portion of a pallet. The wrap component may be manufactured using recycled material, such as paper, aluminum, or plastic, and may further include a chemical for properties such as elasticity, adhesion, and bonding grip. The wrap component may further be folded to such that it can be erected from a flattened state to form a display unit for products. The wrap may include printed information content such as advertising/marketing content, or manufacturer's or shipper's information, identification or logo to make sure that only that business' product is shipped or used with the identified pallet.

  • Patent number: 11072460
Abstract: A lightweight pallet assembly comprising a hybrid of durable corrugated material and heat-treated wood bonded with industrial strength adhesive. The pallet is constructed of one or more base components, two or more support components and a sleeve component. The sleeve component substantially covers both the one or more base components and the two or more support components to increase strength and durability of the overall pallet assembly. Embodiments of the pallet can be quickly assembled from components that can be easily and economically stored and transported. The lightweight pallet provides savings in assembly, transportation, and storage.

  • Patent number: 8316779
Abstract: Formable pallets that are easy to construct into a generally stably product receiving state and easy to collapse into a storage/transport state. The pallet includes one or more display elements which may be integrated with the supporting platform to achieve point of purchase objectives. The display element may be a separate component that is removeable from the pallet or the display element may be configurable from the pallet such as by unfolding and/or folding portions of the supporting platform.

  • Patent number: 8291835
Abstract: The present invention is directed to collapsible type pallets and related products embodiments of which include a construction wherein support beams can be integrally formed from the sheet material of the pallet itself. The beams can be supported internally by structural inserts. Additionally, the supporting inserts may include braces for added stability and strength. The beams, as well as the platform can be further braced and structurally supported by cross braces, which run generally at right angles to the beams and pass through apertures in the beams themselves and slots in the inserts. In certain embodiments, the cross braces pass underneath and support the underside of the platform to create significant structural advantages to the pallet. Embodiments of the pallet can be easily assembled from components that can be easily and economically stored and transported. Embodiments are light-weight thereby providing savings in assembly, transportation, and storage.

Embodiments of the pallet of which include a construction wherein one or more support beams can be further integrally formed from the sheet material of the pallet itself and function to support a product support surface on an uppermost surface of the pallet. The one or more support beams can be supported internally by structural inserts. Additionally, the supporting inserts may include braces for added stability and strength. The beams, as well as the platform can be further braced and structurally supported by cross braces, which run generally at right angles to the beams and pass through apertures in the beams themselves and slots in the inserts.
