Abstract: An inbred corn line, designated BD9122BM, the plants and seeds of the inbred corn line BD9122BM, methods for producing a corn plant, either inbred or hybrid, produced by crossing the inbred corn line BD9122BM with itself or with another corn plant, and hybrid corn seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line BD9122BM with another corn line or plant and to methods for producing a corn plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic corn plants produced by that method. This invention also relates to inbred corn lines derived from inbred corn line BD9122BM, to methods for producing other inbred corn lines derived from inbred corn line BD9122BM and to the inbred corn lines derived by the use of those methods.

Abstract: Apparatus for compressing and packaging articles, e.g. insulation batts, comprises a bomb bay door arrangement for receiving the articles in succession and depositing the articles in a first position in successive batches each comprising a stack of the articles, a compression chamber, a movable support for displacing the batches in succession from said first position to a second position in the compression chamber, a lifting fork for displacing a first one of the batches from the second position to a third position in the compression chamber to allow the displacement of the next succeeding batch from the first position to the second position, a vertical ram for compressing the first batch and the next succeeding batch together in the compression chamber, and a horizontal ram for discharging the compressed articles through a bagging snout for applying a bag to the compressed articles.

Abstract: A display rack adapted to support and display a plurality of golf clubs, specifically putters. The rack has an alignment system associated therewith for permitting a golfer to analyze his putting stance and select a putter having the proper shaft angle. The alignment system includes an elongated vertically extending sight tube mounted on the rack and positioned above an alignment mark which represents the position of a golf ball. The sight tube has a calibrated arm projecting horizontally therefrom and adapted to be positioned adjacent the shaft of a putter when the head thereof is disposed adjacent the alignment mark. The calibrating arm has calibrations thereon which indicate the angle assumed by the putter shaft relative to the vertical axis of the sight tube.
