  • Patent number: 11990386
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a chip assembly comprises joining an in-process unit to a printed circuit board; reflowing a bonding material disposed between and electrically connecting the in-process unit with the printed circuit board, the bonding material having a first reflow temperature; and then joining a heat distribution device to the plurality of semiconductor chips using a thermal interface material (“TIM”) having a second reflow temperature that is lower than the first reflow temperature. The in-process unit further comprises a substrate having an active surface, a passive surface, and contacts exposed at the active surface; an interposer electrically connected to the substrate; a plurality of semiconductor chips overlying the substrate and electrically connected to the substrate through the interposer, and a stiffener overlying the substrate and having an aperture extending therethrough, the plurality of semiconductor chips being positioned within the aperture.

  • Patent number: 10812549
Abstract: A method of sharing content rendered on a device, including executing an application which generates audiovisual content, retrieving the application's audiovisual content from a graphics memory, and transmitting the retrieved content to a destination device via a network.

  • Patent number: 8769691
Abstract: A server access log includes data records each describing a previous query regarding a suspect computer file of a client computer. Each record includes the CRC code for the suspect computer file, the result of the malware analysis performed on the backend server and other attributes and values. The log is analyzed to retrieve relevant attributes and values from each record. Key attributes and values are generated such as region and continuous query. All CRC codes are grouped according to attribute values. Each group is analyzed to determine the network traffic associated with downloading the entire group to all user computers and the network traffic associated with not downloading the group but responding to future malware queries regarding CRC codes in the group. CRC codes are removed from each group if necessary. CRC code-result pairs for each group are downloaded to all user computers as a pre-fetch cache.

  • Publication number: 20060206269
Abstract: A set of molecules, the members of which have the same type of biological activity, are represented as one-dimensional strings of atoms. The one-dimensional strings of all members of the set are aligned, in order to obtain a multiple alignment profile of a consensus active compound. The one-dimensional multiple alignment profile is used in deriving a one-dimensional QSAR model to identify other compounds likely to have the same biological activity, and also may be used to derive a three-dimensional multiple alignment profile of the molecules in the set.
