    Abstract: The portable washer cutter of this invention comprises a pair of enclosures adapted to be interconnected and operative to rotate to progressively close the two enclosures together. A cutting knife edge secured in one enclosure progressively engages with each rotation a flat washer blank supported in the other enclosure to produce a desired central cut-out from the washer blank.
