  • Publication number: 20040016127
Abstract: A kitchen accessory member comprising a tool for separating discrete portions of food items frozen together in a stacked array. The tool includes an impact member having a wedged shaped end forming an edge and a guide rod connected to and extending away from an opposing end of the impact member. A drive member is slideably mounted on the guide rod for manually manipulating the drive member into contact with the impact member or an upper end of the guide rod to force the edge of the wedge-shaped end between adjacent food items in the frozen stacked array of food items to separate adjacent food items from one another.

  • Patent number: 5592724
Abstract: A casket having a fully combustible, full height lift mechanism for raising and lowering the bed of the casket and for rotating the bed about the longitudinal axis of the casket that includes an integral C-shaped bracket that supports a drive screw, a seat that threadably engages the drive screw for supporting the bed frame of the casket, and integral fasteners for securing the assembly to the casket. The mechanism may include a tilt mechanism supported within the C-shaped bracket. In one embodiment, the tilt mechanism restrains one edge of the seat such that continued rotation of the drive screw rotates the seat. In another embodiment, the tilt mechanism drives an edge of the seat such that rotation of the tilt mechanism rotates the seat.

  • Patent number: 4174723
Abstract: A dishwasher water distribution system with a lower wash arm assembly and an upper wash tower, the wash arm assembly including a rotatable wash arm releasably fastened to a unitary distributor structure, the entire wash arm assembly with its distributor being telescoped on a lower stationary water inlet component and rotated and lifted by water pressure to sealingly engage and rotate the wash tower, the wash arm assembly being guided in its vertical shift by a bearing rod about which the entire wash arm assembly, as well as the wash tower, rotates. The lower wash arm assembly can be lifted from the bearing pin and the wash arm can be removed from the distributor by releasing clips integral with the unitary distributor structure.
