  • Publication number: 20240146143
Abstract: A stator for an electric drive unit, in particular an electric motor, and to a method for the production thereof. The stator for the electric drive unit comprises a stator core having at least one stator pole; a stator winding which forms all coils from a continuous winding wire; at least one insulating cap, on which a plurality of contact receiving pockets are arranged for receiving the winding wire; a number of deflection domes which are distributed on the outer lateral surface of the cap; and wire guiding contours at the outer lateral surface of the insulting cap for spacing the winding wire; wherein the plurality of contact receiving pockets each have a receiving region for the winding wire which has a different design, and wherein the plurality of contact receiving pockets comprise at least one deflection balcony.

  • Patent number: 8694214
Abstract: An automatic transmission of a motor vehicle driven by an internal combustion engine with a transmission oil circuit, a main oil pump, mechanically driven by a combustion engine, and an auxiliary oil pump (1) that can be electrically driven and is located inside an oil sump (4). It is proposed that the auxiliary oil pump (1) is arranged transversely with respect to the travel direction (x) of the motor vehicle.

  • Patent number: 8226524
Abstract: A method of operating a motor vehicle drivetrain having, along a power flow, an internal combustion engine, a clutch, an electric motor, a transmission and a drive output. The transmission is associated with a main and auxiliary hydraulic pumps, and an internal or an external starting element. When the engine is at rest and the clutch and starting element are both disengaged, to start with the electric motor, with the brake pedal actuated, the auxiliary hydraulic pump is operated at a first power level to supply the transmission with pressure for maintaining a defined gear. Then, upon recognizing a desire to start, the auxiliary hydraulic pump is changed from a first to a second power level to supply pressure to the transmission to produce starting torque and, only after lapse of a time interval, is the speed of the motor increased to produce the desired starting power or torque.

  • Patent number: 8187151
Abstract: A method for controlling the oil supply device of an automatic planetary transmission, having a main oil pump and an auxiliary oil pump. The transmission is part of a parallel hybrid vehicle powertrain. To supply oil to the transmission as needed, the current oil requirement of the transmission is determined depending on at least one current operating parameter. The auxiliary pump delivery rate is set by actuating the electric motor, in the combustion and combined driving mode below a minimum main oil pump input speed and in the electric driving mode to at least the total oil requirement, and at least in the combined driving mode above the minimum main oil pump input speed is set to at least the residual oil requirement exceeding the delivery rate of the main oil pump.

  • Publication number: 20110290046
Abstract: An actuating device for a rotatable, shiftable mechanical connection. The connection comprises first and second connection portions (2, 3) which each have teeth (4) and an actuator (11) for causing relative axial movement of the first and the second connection portions (2, 3) for engaging and retaining the connection in an engaged position. A radially adjustable axial bearing (21) is formed between a rotatable axially movable piston (8), on which one of the first and the second connection portions (2 or 3) is arranged, and a fixed machine component (9). The axial bearing (21) has bearing elements (25) which can be radially displaced, by actuation of the actuator (11), such that the piston (8) can be moved in an axial direction along a defined engagement travel path (26) into the engaged position and, when in an end position of the actuator (11), the piston (8) is retained within the engaged position.

  • Publication number: 20100018808
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the oil supply device of an automatic planetary transmission, comprising a main oil pump (HP), which is mechanically drivably connected to the drive shaft of an internal combustion engine (VM), and an auxiliary oil pump (ZP) that may be driven via a controllable electric motor, the automatic transmission (ATG) being part of a parallel hybrid powertrain of a motor vehicle having an input shaft (5), which may be connected via a separating clutch (K) to the drive shaft (2) of the internal combustion engine (VM) and is permanently drivably connected to the rotor (4) of an electric machine (EM).
