According to the invention at least one gas-processing device (416), which is capable of filtering the gas in a sterile manner and/or of reducing a quantity of an oxidative disinfecting/sterilizing agent contained in the gas flowing through and/or flowing past, is arranged in at least one gas line (402, 402a, 402b) which is a gas supply line (402a) or a gas removal line (402a) of a blowing station (8).

Abstract: A device for producing plastic containers may include a heating element for heating plastic parisons, a transport system for transporting the plastic parisons along a pre-defined transport path, and a shaping element arranged along the transport path, downstream of the heating device. The shaping element shapes the plastic parisons to form plastic containers. The device has a sterilisation element that applies a free-flowing medium to a wall of the plastic parisons in order to sterilise said wall, the sterilisation device being arranged along the transport path of the containers such that the sterilisation takes place after the heating process applied to the containers in the heating device and before the end of the shaping process in the shaping element.

Abstract: An apparatus (1) for shaping plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers (2) is disclosed. Said apparatus (1) comprises a conveying device (2) on which a plurality of blowing stations (8) are arranged. Each of said blowing stations (8) encompasses a blow mold, within which a plastic preform (10) can be shaped into a plastic container (20). The apparatus (1) further comprises a clean chamber (6), within which the plastic preforms (10) can be conveyed. According to the invention, the zone of the conveying device (2) in which the blowing stations are arranged is located in the clean chamber (6), and at least one additional zone of the conveying device (2) is located outside the clean chamber (6).
