  • Patent number: 10785584
Abstract: A hearing aid includes a housing and a frame inserted in the housing and serving to receive electrical or electronic assemblies which include a transmitting and/or receiving unit for electromagnetic waves. The frame includes an associated antenna configured as an integral part of the frame, as a stamped/bent part or as an inlay part made of metal. The antenna includes a first part with two ends. The first part in particular has a winding profile or is configured as an open loop, and a segment along the profile of the first part forms a first auxiliary structure having the shape of a closed loop.

  • Patent number: 10362419
Abstract: A hearing aid contains a housing and, inserted in the housing, is a frame for receiving electrical or electronic assemblies. The assemblies received in the frame contains a transmitting and/or receiving unit for electro-magnetic waves. The hearing aid moreover has an antenna assigned to the transmitting and/or receiving unit, which antenna is configured as an integral part of the frame, as a stamped/bent part or as inlay part made of metal. The antenna contains two parts which are each configured as open loops with two ends, wherein the two loop-shaped parts of the antenna are electrically shorted to each other by a respective end.

  • Publication number: 20180317032
Abstract: A method for producing a supporting frame includes providing two frame halves for receiving and holding electrical and electronic assemblies of a hearing aid including a transmitting and/or receiving unit for electromagnetic waves. An antenna element is integrated into at least one of the frame halves. The supporting frame is produced in a two-component injection-molding process with a first plastic material which is suitable for laser direct structuring and with an electrically non-conductive second plastic material which has an increased degree of mechanical stability in comparison to the first plastic material. A supporting frame of a hearing aid and a hearing aid having a supporting frame are also provided.

  • Patent number: 9980062
Abstract: A hearing aid includes a hearing aid housing and an antenna device constructed to receive and/or transmit electromagnetic waves having a predetermined wavelength lambda. The antenna device has a frame incorporated in the hearing aid housing for holding assemblies of the hearing aid and the frame has an electrically conductive structure being an integral part of the frame. A method for producing a hearing aid includes patterning a surface of the frame, applying an electrically conductive layer to the surface of the frame and incorporating the frame into the hearing aid housing.
