  • Patent number: 10597786
Abstract: A rust particle remover, comprising a core (1) and an outer sleeve (2). The core (1) is made up of a magnet comprising a magnetic field strength of at least 13.2 Tesla and is introduced into the outer sleeve (2) by means of pressure pressing. The patent application is based on the problem of preventing signs of rust on cutlery and metal parts caused by rust particles, which are transported by tap water.

  • Patent number: 8774349
Abstract: A device for the non-destructive testing of cylindrical or tubular test objects using X-radiation in tomosynthesis or laminography includes a mounting device configured to be spatially fixed at a predetermined site, a carriage attached to the mounting device and movable on a guide device in a first direction parallel to an X-axis and a C-arm disposed on the carriage. An X-ray tube and a detector are disposed opposite one another on the C-arm. The X-ray tube is movable in a second direction that is perpendicular to the X-axis, perpendicular to a plane covered by the C-arm, and parallel to a Y-axis. The detector is movable in a third direction parallel to the second direction. The C-arm may alternatively be replaced by a half shell.

  • Patent number: 7545905
Abstract: An X-ray CT examination installation, having an X-ray tube including a focus, that creates a fan beam or a conical beam which X-rays the whole of a detector at a fixed distance from the focus, and an examination carriage, for supporting an object to be examined, the carriage having an axis of rotation perpendicular to the fan beam, wherein the examination carriage can be fixed inside the fan beam close to an edge axis which meets the detector at the edge, and can be moved on a measuring line that centrally runs at an angle to a central axis which meets the detector. The invention also relates to a CT method of examining objects, in particular of various sizes, by means of an X-ray CT examination installation generally identified above.

  • Publication number: 20070195926
Abstract: The invention relates to a CT method for recording projection data of an object for examination in the field of non-medical applications by means of X-rays in which projection data for different angular positions of the object for examination are required. It is provided according to the invention that the integration time for recording each angular position depends on the geometry of the object for examination and the adsorption properties of the object for examination in this angular position.
