  • Patent number: 11982669
Abstract: A flow test unit (1) with a housing (2) which is sealingly closed to the outside at least when coupled to a sample container. At least one test strip (3) is accommodated in the housing (2), and the housing (2) has at least one admission opening (4). The test strip (3) is arranged inside the housing (2) such that, after a liquid connection (22) to a sample container has been produced, a wetting region (5) can be wetted with liquid (6) entering via the at least one admission opening (4).

Date of Patent: May 14, 2024
Assignee: Testo SE & Co. KGAA
Inventors: Martin Strnad, Andreas Schnur, Joel Riemer, Oliver Wiech
  • Patent number: 11371920
Abstract: A sample container (1) with a sample-receiving chamber (2) and with a closure piece (3) for closing the sample-receiving chamber (2) in a sealed manner. The sample container (1) has at least two seals (4, 5, 15, 16) arranged separately from each other, and/or the sample-receiving chamber (2) is subdivided into at least two compartments (6) which are thermally decoupled from each other and are connectable by liquid, and/or the sample container (1) has, on an outer wall (7) of the sample-receiving chamber (2), at least one coupling point (8) for the docking of an auxiliary container (9) via a matching counter-coupling point (10) of the auxiliary container (9). The outer wall (7) has at least one predetermined breaking point (11), which is pierced through upon coupling to the auxiliary container (9).

  • Patent number: 11079349
Abstract: In an electrical measuring assembly (1), in which an inner electrode (2) and an outer electrode (3), which form a measuring chamber (4) therebetween for a capacitive examination of a liquid flowing past, are formed from a food-safe stainless steel, the inner electrode (2) is supported at the axial ends (6, 7) thereof on the outer electrode (3) by insulating elements (10, 11), which are produced from a ceramic material or plastic material that can be machined and/or that has a permittivity that is temperature-independent in a working range and/or that is free of pores and/or does not absorb water.

  • Patent number: 7810457
Abstract: A system and method for controlling the temperature of the engine oil of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle are provided. The system includes an engine oil circuit for controlling the temperature of the engine oil, which engine oil circuit includes the internal combustion engine and a coolant/engine-oil heat exchanger; and a coolant circuit for controlling the temperature of the internal combustion engine, which coolant circuit in a main branch, includes the internal combustion engine, a coolant cooler and a first coolant pump and, in an auxiliary branch downstream of the coolant cooler, includes the coolant/engine-oil heat exchanger and a second coolant pump. The heat of the engine oil can thereby be dissipated via the coolant/engine-oil heat exchanger to the coolant and further via the coolant cooler to the environment.
