Abstract: A device and a method intended to fit an insert in an orifice formed in a structure. The device is a fitting vehicle comprising the insert to be fitted, a polymerizable adhesive, and an applicator. The applicator comprises: an open enclosure in which the insert and the adhesive can be held; deployment means that are able to push back the insert and the adhesive out of the open enclosure so as to allow the insert to be fitted in the orifice in the structure. The fitting vehicle is configured to allow the polymerization of the adhesive held in the open enclosure of the applicator to be initiated. Advantageously, the adhesive is microencapsulated in the form of microcapsules of resin and hardener; the step of polymerization of the adhesive being initiated by rupturing of the microcapsules.

Abstract: A thermal interface device comprises a film of thermal grease intended to be inserted between a first object and a second object, and a microporous seal encircling the periphery of the film of thermal grease. A manufacturing method comprises steps of: deposition of the microporous seal on the first object in such a way as to form a closed frame on the first object; deposition of the thermal grease on the first object, inside the closed frame; smoothing of the thermal grease bearing on the frame of microporous seal, making it possible to form the film of thermal grease encircled by the microporous seal; and deposition of the second object on the film of thermal grease.

The attachment part has a first plane face including a recess that can receive a glue and rims intended to retain the glue around the recess and at least one opening. A bar is fastened to the first plane face. The materials of the attachment part and the panel are composite materials and the bar has a metal insert that is inserted when moulding the attachment part and is intended to be threaded.
