  • Publication number: 20130193323
Abstract: An infrared security sensor device includes a light projector 1A, 1B having a projecting light power control unit 5 for controlling the light receiving sensitivity of a light receiver 2A, 2B by switching a light projecting power thereof to one of a plurality of steps in dependence on the level of a detection signal and a status determining unit 7 for determining an optical axis adjusting time and an alert time. The light projector 1A, 1B is further provided with an adjustment selecting sector 6 capable of selecting one of the manual and automatic adjusting sectors 10 and 11 such that during the optical axis adjustment the light projecting power can be manually adjusted by the manual adjusting sector 10.

  • Publication number: 20130119257
Abstract: To provide a sighting device for use in a security sensor system, in which device enables an operator, assigned to conduct a sighting work, to look into the sighting device from a proper direction. The sighting device includes an eyepiece lens provided with a microlens, an objective lens provided with a first marker encompassed within the field of view of the eyepiece lens, and a reflecting mirror disposed on an optical path between the eyepiece lens and the objective lens. The first marker is comprised of a circular contour line or a polygonal contour line and is so set that when a viewing axis offsets from a tolerance, the first marker is viewed with a part thereof dropped out having been offset from the field of view of the microlens.

  • Publication number: 20130120745
Abstract: A horizontal adjustment-engagement member (33) of an object detection device (D) drives the horizontal rotation component (32) to adjust a horizontal angle of a detection unit (11, 12), and a vertical adjustment-engagement member (37) drives the vertical rotation component (36) to adjust a vertical angle of a detection unit. Both adjustment-engagement members (33 and 37) are positioned adjacent to each other at fixed positions such that portions thereof are exposed on a front surface of the device (D), are removably engaged with an external automatic angle adjustment unit (70) from front surfaces, and are automatically adjusted by a driving force of the automatic angle adjustment unit (70) based on a signal level of a detection signal outputted by level output section (7).

  • Publication number: 20130120744
Abstract: An automatic angle adjustment unit (70) engages with and drivers a horizontal adjustment-engagement member (33) and a vertical adjustment-engagement member (37) of an object detection device (D) from the exterior. The unit (70) includes: engagement-drive transmission sections (72 and 73) which removably engages with both adjustment-engagement members (33 and 37), from the front surface, and drives both adjustment-engagement members (33 and 37); clamping section (76) that is removably secured to the object detection device (D); and an adjustment unit control section (80) for performing a control for adjusting a horizontal angle and a vertical angle of an optical system, based on a detection signal level.

  • Publication number: 20130112877
Abstract: A battery-operated object detecting device (D) includes a detecting unit (U) adapted to be driven by an electric cell (12) mounted thereon, and a transmitting device (20) driven by the electric cell (12) in the detecting unit (U) for wireless transmitting at least a low battery signal being indicative of a reduction in voltage of the electric cell (12). An electric power sharing unit (30) for outputting a supply voltage to the transmitting device (20) includes a voltage changing circuit (32) for changing, based on a low battery detection result from a low battery detecting circuit (13), to a voltage necessary for causing a low battery determining circuit (21) of the transmitting device (20) to change the supply voltage from the electric cell (12) to a voltage for determining a low battery state.
