Abstract: A seat protector for a typical vehicle seat that has a base and a back and the shape of a trough where the seat base meets the seat back, any liquid on the seat therefore tending to pool in the trough. The seat protector has a fixing attachment for fixing the seat protector in a predetermined orientation with respect to the seat; and a liquid absorption insert aligned across the seat protector to extend at least partly along the trough when the seat protector is correctly orientated on the seat, to absorb the liquid as it pools.
