  • Patent number: 7168258
Abstract: A real temperature output air conditioner which lowers the ambient temperature of an interior space to a desired temperature and, once that has been achieved, delivers a constant flow of air at that specific temperature thereto. The present invention further includes a reservoir within the evaporator unit in which the evaporator coils and heater element are immersed. The evaporator coils and heat element act upon the fluid wherein thermal transfer to the ambient air is enhanced and dissipated to the interior space by the evaporator fan.

  • Patent number: 7046143
Abstract: An image data analysis security camera having internal logic circuits and remote user controls. The image data analysis security camera samples an initial image and compares subsequent images thereto, if a deviation between the two images is detected the image data analysis camera will initiate a remote alarm. The image data analysis security camera may also be provided with wireless communication capabilities and an internal battery thereby enabling the user to move the camera to another location quickly and easily.

  • Patent number: 6938605
Abstract: An oil cooling system to provide enhanced thermal control for internal combustion engines wherein the oil cooling system of the present invention works in conjunction with the standard oil lubrication circuit and typical liquid coolant system of an engine to maintain the engine temperature in a constant range even when operated in an environment with extreme thermal conditions for a prolonged period of time. The present invention detects when the oil temperature has exceeded a pre-determined range and sends the oil to a radiator with heat sinks and a fan for extracting the heat therefrom and dissipating it before recycling it back to the oil sump where it serves to lubricate and cool the heat-generating components it comes in contact with.

  • Patent number: 6213199
Abstract: A temperature selectable water supply device for one of heating and cooling water provided by a water supply system to an outlet in a structure. The device includes a main water tank including an inlet conduit for receiving water from a water supply tank connected to the water supply system and an outlet conduit for supplying the water to the outlet connected thereto. The temperature selectable water supply device also includes a water refrigeration tank connected to receive water from the main water supply tank for cooling to a desired temperature. A heating device is connected to the main water supply tank for heating the water therein and a cooling device is connected to the water refrigeration tank for cooling the water received thereby. A return conduit is connected between the water refrigeration tank and the main water tank for returning the cooled water to the main water tank for mixing with the water therein and thereby cooling the water.
