  • Patent number: 9404535
Abstract: A sliding bearing assembly for joints of construction equipment can be provided, in which production cost is reduced by decreasing the used amount of Cu and sulfides having high fixability to a matrix are dispersed. The sliding bearing assembly for joints of construction equipment, includes at least a shaft and a bush made of an iron-based sintered material which functions as a sliding bearing, in which the bush has the overall composition of, by mass %, 0.1 to 10% of Cu, 0.2 to 1.2% of C, 0.03 to 0.9% of Mn, 0.36 to 1.68% of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, a metal structure has pores dispersed in a matrix mainly including a martensite structure and sulfide particles precipitated and dispersed, and the sulfide particles are dispersed at 1 to 7 volume % in the matrix.

  • Patent number: 8096709
Abstract: A sliding bearing comprises a shaft hole for rotatably supporting a shaft that is inserted thereinto, an inner circumferential surface on which the shaft slides, and plural linearly oblique grooves. The grooves extend in a direction crossing a circumferential direction of the sliding bearing and are formed on the inner circumferential surface at intervals, and the grooves are provided with a lubricant. The oblique grooves have an oblique angle in a range of 10° to 60° with respect to a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction and have a width B in a range of 0.5 to 5 mm in the circumferential direction. The adjacent grooves have a land with a surface as a sliding surface therebetween, and the sliding surface has a width A in a range of 1 to 7 mm in the circumferential direction. A ratio A/B of the width A of the sliding surface of the land to the width B of the groove is in a range of 0.5 to 5.0.

  • Patent number: 7234871
Abstract: A sliding bearing which is suitable for and durable in the use under high load of sliding in rocking motion, and the structure of bearing is not complicated so as to facilitate the manufacturing. The alloy used for making the bearing is composed of iron-based sintered alloy having quenched structure, and the bearing surface is provided with inclined grooves of an inclination angle of 10 to 40° relative to the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction and a width of 2 to 8 mm and the area of inclined grooves is 50% or less of the total inner bearing surface and an imaginary line perpendicular to the sliding direction crosses both the inclined groove and the bearing surface at any position of the inner surface of bearing. When the bearing is used, at least the inclined grooves are impregnated with a lubricant.

  • Patent number: 6139975
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a sheet member comprising: obtaining a sintered compact by sintering a sheet-like compact having a reduced-thickness portion and an enlarged-thickness portion; and then repressing the sintered compact into a sheet member, a difference in density between the reduced-thickness portion and the enlarged-thickness portion of the sintered compact after repressing is adjusted to be in a range of .+-.1.5%. By doing so, the accuracy of flatness is enhanced and the amount of distortion, which would otherwise remain in the sheet member, is reduced because the sheet member is formed by sintering the sheet-like compact. In addition, the deformation caused by heating is greatly restricted. Accordingly, the prospect of the sheet member of the present invention is bright as a heat dissipating plate.
