Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally include an apparatus for radical-based deposition of dielectric films. The apparatus includes a processing chamber, a radical source coupled to the processing chamber, a substrate support disposed in the processing chamber, and a dual-channel showerhead disposed between the radical source and the substrate support. The dual-channel showerhead includes a plurality of tubes and an internal volume surrounding the plurality of tubes. The plurality of tubes and the internal volume are surrounded by one or more annular channels embedded in the dual-channel showerhead. The dual-channel showerhead further includes a first inlet connected to the one or more channels and a second inlet connected to the internal volume. The processing chamber may be a PECVD chamber, and the apparatus is capable of performing a cyclic process (alternating radical based CVD and PECVD).

Abstract: A conveyor oven is described. The conveyor oven includes a frame made of load-bearing structural members. The conveyor oven has a modular construction, with the structural members defining a rectangular prism. Blocks of insulation are placed in the frame openings, and a flexible insulating material, such as a multi-layer insulating textile, is used to cover joints between adjacent modules. Along the length of the conveyor oven, idler rollers that support the conveyor belt have ends that penetrate the sides of the oven and are supported such that the rollers can shift as the oven expands and contracts without creating openings for heat or air leakage. Air flow within the oven is managed using sets of adjustable baffle plates above and below the conveyor belt.

Abstract: A system includes a Synchrophasor Data Management System (SDMS), in which the SDMS includes a Synchrophasor Processor System (SPS). The SPS includes a Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) configured to receive a first plurality of inputs from a first Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU), transform at least one of the first plurality of inputs into a first time aligned output by time aligning the at least one of the first plurality of inputs. The SPS further includes a virtual PMU configured to aggregate the first time aligned output into a PMU dataset, in which the SPS is configured to transmit the PMU dataset to a second PMU, an external PDC, a super PDC, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods for bandwidth management, aggregation and internet protocol (“IP”) flow mobility (“IFOM”) across multiple-access technologies are provided. Included is a method that includes selecting, from a packet data network (“PDN”) connection formed through a plurality of access systems communicatively coupled with a wireless transmit and/or receive unit (“WTRU”), an access system over which to transport a flow of internet protocol (“IP”) traffic to and/or from the WTRU. The method may also include sending, to the WTRU, a request to associate the flow of IP traffic with the selected access system.

Abstract: A body cleansing apparatus including a base member having one or more contoured profiles that conform to a user's body part, and multiple cleansing members is provided. The cleansing members are positioned and attached at multiple locations on the contoured profiles of the base member. Each of one or more of the cleansing members includes a stem and a cluster of flexible bristles. The stem is attached to and extends outwardly from the base member. The flexible bristles curvedly branch outwards from an upper end of the stem and define a reservoir within each cluster for storing, retaining, and releasing a cleansing agent along the flexible bristles when the user's body part contacts and applies pressure on the stem, thereby allowing the user to cleanse the body part. In an embodiment, the cleansing members also include single elongated flexible bristles attached to and extending outwardly from the base member.

Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for managing and/or enforcing one or more policies for managing internet protocol (“IP”) traffic among multiple accesses of a network in accordance with a policy for managing bandwidth among the multiple accesses are disclosed. Among the methods, systems and apparatus is a method that may include obtaining performance metrics associated with the multiple accesses. The method may also include adapting one or more rules of one or more the policies for managing IP traffic among the plurality of accesses based, at least in part, on the performance metrics and the policy for managing bandwidth among the plurality of accesses. The method may further include managing IP traffic associated with at least one wireless transmit and/or receive unit (“WTRU”) among the plurality of accesses responsive to the adapted rules.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for coordinating enforcement of policies on a network and/or a wireless transmit/receive unit. The policies may include stakeholder-specific policies of one or more stakeholders that provide services on a user equipment. Enforcement of the stakeholder-specific policies may be securely coordinated using a policy coordination function. Systems, methods, and apparatus are also disclosed that include a network policy coordination function (NPCF) that coordinates service control policies and access control policies. The NPCF may coordinate enforcement of the service control policies for one or more service control entities and the access control policies for one or more access control entities.

The method comprises providing a tubular bar of desired size having an outer and inner surface, heating the bar to an elevated temperature, quenching the bar by application of a cooling fluid to the surfaces of the bar, and forming the tube to a desired shape without annealing. The method further provides for the composition of a high-strength, high formability carbon steel alloy to be used in conjunction with the method. Advantageously, the bar is formable without thermal processing subsequent to quenching. In this fashion, metal tubular bars, such as stabilizer bars, may be formed at reduced cost.

A communication session between a first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a remote device may be duplicated to add a second WTRU to the communication session without disruption of the communication session on the first WTRU or the remote device. The communication session may be duplicated by a network unit in response to a policy or a communication session duplication request. The first WTRU or the second WTRU may initiate session duplication by transmitting a communication session duplication request. Session duplication may include duplication of one or more media flows associated with the communication session. Session duplication may include transferring or sharing control of the communication session.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method and apparatus for processing large area substrates including a translational wear plate and/or bushing assembly are provided for reducing the stress on a lift pin used to space substrates from a substrate support in a processing or other type of chamber. In another embodiment, an apparatus for processing substrates includes processing chamber comprising a substrate support disposed in a chamber body. A bushing assembly is disposed in the substrate support. A lift pin is disposed through the bushing assembly. A wear plate is provided that is coupled to the chamber body and aligned with the lift pin. The wear plate is movable laterally relative to a centerline of the chamber body to accommodate lateral motion of the lift pin when contacting the wear plate.

Abstract: An advertiser distributes advertisements to a consumer. Subsequently, a computing system associated with the advertiser receives reward requests from the consumers when the consumers have consumed the advertisements and from participating merchants when the consumers perform transactions with the participating merchants. In response to receiving the reward requests, monetary rewards are credited to rewards accounts. The rewards accounts exclusively contain money from monetary rewards credited to the rewards accounts by the advertiser. The consumers are able to use money in the rewards accounts for purchases from participating merchants and non-participating merchants. By providing monetary rewards for consuming advertisements, the consumer is incentivized to consume the advertisements. In other words, the consumer is able to build a balance in the rewards account by consuming advertisements.

Abstract: A low carbon alloy steel tube and a method of manufacturing the same, especially for a stored gas inflator pressure vessel, in which the steel tube consists essentially of, by weight: about 0.06% to about 0.18% carbon, about 0.3% to about 1.5% manganese, about 0.05% to about 0.5% silicon, up to about 0.015% sulfur, up to about 0.025% phosphorous, and at least one of the following elements: up to about 0.30% vanadium, upto t about 0.10% aluminum, up to about 0.06% niobium, up to about 1% chromium, up to about 0.70 % nickel, up to about 0.70% molybdenum, up to about 0.35% copper, up to about 0.15% residual elements, and the balance iron and incidental impurities. After a high heating rate of about 100° C. per second; rapidly and fully quenching the steel tubing in a water-based quenching solution at a cooling rate of about 100° C. per second. The steel has a tensile strength of at least about 145 ksi and as high as 220 ksi and exhibits ductile behavior at temperatures as low as ?100° C.

The apparatus further includes a set of nip rolls adapted to engage a body of the toothpaste tube and to urge toothpaste from a distal end of the toothpaste tube towards the cap end and a wheeled trolley coupled to the nip rolls on a first end and engaging a guide channel of the tube holder on a second end and adapted to maintain an alignment of the nip rolls with respect to a centerline of the tooth paste tube as the nip rolls travel along a longitudinal axis of the toothpaste tube from the distal end to the cap end.
