    Abstract: The ergonomic electronic input device ergonomically positions the hand of a user in a preferable ergonomic position during operation of the ergonomic electronic input device. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a vertically upright pedestal structure and flat base for use on a horizontal stationary surface to enable a user to control the operation of a computer to which it is connected. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a contoured vertical finger support member, palm support member, thumb support member and hand support member that supports the hand of a user during its operation. The ergonomic electronic input device includes a scrolling wheel located in the thumb support member and a laser light source device located in the flat base.
