Publication number: 20220161145Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for recording information in a user interface of an application more desired to be seen and heard by viewers. A user interface of an application (e.g., gaming application) is displayed. Upon detecting an initiation of recording the user interface of the application, the user interface of the application is modified to ensure that the information desired to be viewed and heard by the viewers is recorded, such as by adjusting a size of a user interface element, adjusting an audio element of the user interface, etc. After such modifications, the modified user interface of the application is recorded and broadcasted to viewers via a video live streaming service. In this manner, viewers are able to see and hear information desired to be viewed and heard that may have been previously lost during the recording of the user interface prior to such modifications.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 23, 2020Publication date: May 26, 2022Inventors: Christopher J. Patent number: 11147508Abstract: Utilizing a computing device to generate a personalized maternal nutrition plan for a pregnant mother. The computing device receives real-time maternal physiological data, fetal physiological data, and real-time environmental data associated with the pregnant mother. A real-time relationship is established. The real-time relationship is compared with historically established relationships between pregnant mothers and fetuses. The maternal physiological data is compared with pre-pregnancy data of the pregnant mother. The computing device detects one or more abnormalities in the real-time established relationship between the pregnant mother and the fetus based upon the comparison of the real-time established relationship with historically established relationships and the comparison of the maternal physiological data with pre-pregnancy data of the pregnant mother. The computing device generates a maternal nutrition plan.Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 2018Date of Patent: October 19, 2021Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Elezaveta Koumpan, Vandana Pandey, Pamela A. Patent number: 10971262Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for implementing a personalized training recommendation system. A request is received from a user to generate a personalized training regimen for a specified athletic event and event information is identified comprising characteristics of one or more geographical segments of the specified athletic event. Based on the event information, one or more portions of a geographical region are identified that approximate one or more characteristics of the one or more geographical segments within a predetermined tolerance. A training course is generated at least by combining a selected set of the portions of the geographical region based on an evaluation of a level of matching, for each portion, of characteristics of the portion to the one or more physical characteristics associated with the one or more geographical segments of the specified athletic event, which is then presented to the user as the personalized training regimen for the user.Type: GrantFiled: December 13, 2019Date of Patent: April 6, 2021Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Christopher J. Patent number: 10887357Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to managing a collaborated environment. A set of editing rules are configured for a shared document. A first edit is received at a first time at a first location of the shared document. A second edit is received at a second time at the first location of the shared document which attempts to overwrite a portion of the first edit. A determination is made whether at least one editing rule of the set of editing rules is violated. In response to determining that at least one editing rule of the set of editing rules is violated, an alert action can be issued to a user associated with the second edit.Type: GrantFiled: August 22, 2018Date of Patent: January 5, 2021Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Christopher J. Patent number: 10841315Abstract: An approach is provided that registers a wearable device in response to receiving a registration request that includes a set of acceptable user states and a corresponding set of acceptable times to perform a set of actions. When the approach receives a request from the user of the network-accessible site to perform a selected one of the set of actions, the approach transmits an inquiry to the wearable device registered to the user. Then, the approach receives a current state of the user from the wearable device responding to the transmitted state inquiry and determines a current time. In turn, the approach performs the selected action at the network-accessible site in response to determining that the received current state of the user matches one of the set of acceptable states and the current time matches one of the set of acceptable times.Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2019Date of Patent: November 17, 2020Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Nataraj Nagaratnam, Pamela A.
